Awful pattern does not come with instructions as stated. Refused to refund. Absolutely awful service avoid!

I ordered a pattern from makerist.com
I ordered a pattern from makerist.com. You are unable to print the pattern without the adobe application that has the layering feature, which costs a monthly fee. They state in the description that the download for adobe is free, which is true, but to have the function needed to print the pattern is not free.

I bought 2 patterns and was over…
I bought 2 patterns and was over charged. I contacted Makerist and never received a reply.
One of the patterns I received had faults in the instructions so I contacted the person who designed the pattern and asked for clearer instructions only to receive a very sloppy diagram that could not be followed so had to once again contact her to remedy the problem. I should have been able to pick the pattern up and follow. Would not buy from here again.😟
