I would give 0 if I could. I've just received email from my PayPal about my 29.99 payment to them when I have never used them! When I looked into it further I found ive been charged since March and twice ie 2x 29.99 in both April and May. I HAVE NEVER USED THESE PEOPLE ....I DONT KNOW THE QEBSITE AT ALL AND WOULD NEVER AGREE TO SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT! I CANT AFFORD THAT!!!! When I emailed them all they say they will refund is the last month!!!! How is this right?! Don't go near them!!!

There was an issue with a charge and it was resolved quickly. The website claimed someone would get back to me within an hour and that's exactly what happened. Thank you very much!

I needed help quickly today to convert a photo to the correct format and makemepdf were there for me. I knew this would be a one off and so requested to unsubscribe - this request was respected and acted upon immediately. I am grateful for this and totally recommend the quality and customer service of this organisation.

The site is a complete scam. I paid £0.99 for a translation and their charge my card £29.99 without my consent and without any sort of agreement. Reach them, they are pretending the refund is being processed for the past 4 weeks, nothing happened.

The people responsible for this website should be criminally charged for their conduct.

It is a shame that even when you go for Barclays they cannot provide customer support.

total scam ...the translation didn't work . Only partially translated the document for a £1.99 initial offer and now deducting unauthorised sums from my PayPal account. Don't touch it .

I only quickly needed to use the file
compressor to help a friend out who needed to upload a file under 2MB, I found the trial subscription for an affordable price considering it was a one time use. I had the option to cancel within 5 days and not continue the subscription at its full price. Once I finished compressing the files the help support team quickly cancelled my subscription, great customer service and I would highly recommend their services!

Very convenient online service. Super easy to use with plenty conversion options and a reasonable price.
I also had misunderstanding about subscription but issue was resolved very quickly and everything managed well thanks to customer support.

I wish I could give a zero star rating. These are fraudsters hiding behind a a much needed service. I paid £0.99 for a one time file conversion and they used my details to set up a £29.99 monthly subscription that went out of my account two weeks after my one time purchase. I have been chasing them to cancel the subscription and get a refund to no avail. I have had to dispute the subscription with my bank. Whoever reads this, please DO NOT USE makemepdf. They are fraudsters!

This company has deployable practice standards. Like a number of other people I paid £0.99 for onetime access to pdf only to be charged two weeks later with a monthly subscription of £29.99. They sent an email confirmation for the £0.99 but no paperwork for the subscription knowing people would immediately cancel. Liza was very prompt with answering my email complaint but would only refund one payment. In my view it’s dishonest practice particularly as so many other people are experiencing a similar experience. Not a surprise ..I then had to chase for the refund.
