The swimsuit is very cheap looking and thin. It is definitely not as advertised. It has a strange fit and does not hold in the same place and bunches up, I wish it stayed flat.

How could this company be asking me for a rating when they haven’t shipped my product yet!? I ordered on November 17th and tomorrow is December! Definitely returning and getting my money back because it won’t be here in time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.

Dear Samantha, We have attached the reply we sent to your email which clearly shows by the tracking number that your product was dispatched the day after you ordered the product and the issue is with the postal service, not Maison Jac Collection. We would have preferred you contacted us prior to leaving this negative feedback and suggesting we are a scam, which clearly is not the case.

We understand your great frustration and anger at not having received your dress since ordering it on 16th November and dispatched by us on the 17th November.
We share the same frustration as you do as the postal service in China is backlogged after their holiday period.
Unfortunately this situation is totally out of our control as your dress was dispatched the day after we received your order and we have no control over the postal services in China or the USA.
Had the delay been on our part and we hadn’t dispatched your dress then we could certainly accommodate your request to cancel the shipping and refund you but as you are aware, the problem has been the postal service.
We wish we could do something about the postal service but can’t, and if it helps in some small way then please accept a discount on your next entire order of 25% using Code: ****** until the 1st March.
We certainly hope the postal service will have your dress to you soon, albeit too late for your event.

This company has been helpful beyond expectations. I live in Denmark and the company is Australian based. Therefore I did some background checking of the company before ordering, and also I contacted the company with questions about their dresses. The managing director Mr. McGraw was very helpful .
I ordered several dresses to be send to Denmark, and they were sent within the next day. I've just received the dresses and I absolutely love them! The quality is good and the price low, what a nice combination.
Maisonjaccollection.com hereby get my highest recommendations, and in Danish: "Maisonjaccollection får hermed mine højeste anbefalinger". ;0)
