ordered 15m x 4 netting for my veg cage only recieved 13.6m this didnt fit my cage got in tough by phone was ask to send pic which i sent this was on 19th march ask to sent pic of item flat on floor which i could not as this was fix to cage set a close up of measurements 20th marh they would send out missing amount. 25th march still waiting for the parcel

All the joints snapped on my fruit…
All the joints snapped on my fruit frame, with the snapped bits wedged in the poles. I ordered new joints in the hope I can dig out the broken bits and salvage it. The 3 to 5 day delivery is now 17 days and still not received. I get that Xmas has been in the middle. But they were around long enough to take my money and issue an email receipt. Not happy.
