Great tool if you have a lot of mails to manage. On the one hand, I know whether a mail has actually arrived at the recipient. The professional signatures are easy to create - even on a Mac, where otherwise HTML signatures mean a lot of effort. Finally, I was looking for a long time for a mail hoster that allows me to send mails later. With Mailbutler all this is possible at a fair price-performance ratio. Great tool that I am happy to recommend.

Excellent app, I use it for tracking emails that I send, and all the other features and it's really great.

mailbutler is the tweak that matches my expectations exactly. self-scheduled delay and getting notifications once messages read.

Been using Mailbutler for two months and found the signature design to be slick and business like. Good to be who and when my emails have been opened.

All in all, only good things to say so far!

This is the only plugin for Apple Mail that allows me to monitor when my emails are read and this is absolutely crucial for me.

Mailbutler is awesome.
It's changed the way that I work. Before MB, I’d send out emails and not know whether the recipient had even received them, now I know and can do something about it.

The send function has a delay timer on so that it sends automatically after 10 seconds, aka undo send. I’ve recalled the email on many occasions to make adjustments.

Also, if you’ve added the word 'attachment' to the email and haven’t attached anything, it will warn you too, saving you having to send that embarrassing email.

The send later or recipient optimised scheduling function is also great to use when you’re dealing with people in different parts of the world. You can schedule to send emails to suit their working hours, to try and ensure it gets seen.

Other benefits
I can also add notes and tasks to emails so that I don’t forget to follow up. There are also email templates that look professional.

Allows me to centralize all of my accounts with my Mac desktop mail app, enhancing it with necessary features for organization and staying on top of my communication like scheduled sends and snoozed messages.

I've tried it for a few weeks.
But now i don't want to mail without....

It has all you want in the standard mail application!

We have been looking for this type of service for a while. After initial teething problems (and great support from the MB team) it works perfectly for our business needs.
We love it.

I have been using Mailbutler for more than a year now and it does all I am asking for. I only had an issue with the old pricing as there were no middle package but now they have introduced professional+ option which fits all I need. Timely updates and good customer service! Thanks mailbutler.

I have used 'MailButler' for some time now and find it very helpful whilst creating and sending my Emails. Although I do not have the 'Top of the Line' version of the App, Ido definitely enjoy and have appreciated the included facility of being able to 'cancel' the sending of any emails, after using the "send" command. This is very handy and useful, if you have discovered an omission or error. By doing so , prevents the email being sent and returns it to your 'Email Account' for alteration or correction. Thank you 'MailButler'.

In my opinion, it is the ideal complement to Apple Mail. I particularly appreciate the possibility of deferred sending and especially the ability to see if/when a sent mail has been read.

Mailbutler is just like the name implies. Your mail has a butler service. Your Butler sends your mail when you want it sent. No more having to send an email earlier and getting a response that has to be dealt with at an inopportune time. No more do you have a draft waiting which you forget to sent on. With Mailbutler you select the best time to have your emails sent.

I find that if I am working on a weekend and I want to get a reply done and do not want a reply over the week end I can write the email and use Mailbutler to get the email sent at the right time the following week.

Mailbulter is a must in my business.

This product has allowed me to significantly streamline my email process. Delayed send is a great feature that I use all the time. Being able to schedule when mail goes out lets me get the right information to people at the right time. I continue to find ways to get better using it. Add notes and reminders has also been extremely useful.

I use Mailbutler since 3 years now and honnestly it change my life. I can't imagine to work without now.

Great Supporting Software
I've been using Mailbutler for about almost a year. I've found it to be a solid solution for helping me know when an email is likely opened and received. I value this knowledge and mailbutler does it nicely within the context of Apple Mail.

And I'm grateful for the signatures and the template options.

For my (smaller) needs, I'm not so excited about their implementation and push for a CRM with it...added complexity, diluting their core focus and there are plenty of quality CRMs. If it could seamlessly sync with iCloud Contacts that would be fantastic, but as I understand, it can take a contacts import but as far as ongoing updates...two different systems.

One annoying aspect (that might have been addresses...not sure...I did write them about this a few months back after getting quite annoyed) is their nags for feedback "within" the software. I'd rather these nags be done via email personally.

I hope this review helps someone considering! As far as email tracking for someone using apple mail...seems a solid choice.
