The five stars are for when I last used them quite a few years ago.
I have just tried to find them to buy a new magnetic belt for my back and one for my neck. At first I couldn't find them at all and then I went onto what I thought was their site and everything appears to be completely different. I couldn't find the various items that they used to sell, with magnets in, for backs, necks, knees etc.
It nearly all seemed to be jewellery.
My back and neck braces were brilliant. The magnets worked so well. Over the years the velcro has worn but to be expected from the amount of use they had.
It won't let me fill in the date of experience which was around 2014 to 2015, I think.
I had to put something. It was NOT 2025

I ordered Lymphatic earrings 28th September emailed over 20 times asked for refund of $59 i received $9 they keep telling me different stories all the time like in transit or at my local post office they take no responsibility so disappointed 😞 😢

I paid for this item - x 3 of them. Waited. They said delivered, but no delivery - even though my address has a full time concierge and delivery point. They take no responsibility at all. This is a scam company - do not use. They only care about sales - not the user. Their customer service only makes you do all the running about and work - not worth the effort - avoid this company at all cost.

Hi there. Has anyone experienced sudden halt in bowel movements after wearing magnetic steel germanium earrings? Seems to have happened soon after wearing earring and now ongoing!

Biggest load of rubbish I have ever bought! I got sucked in because I wanted to lower my blood pressure. Silly me! Great and convincing advertising. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR IT!!!!

I have been wearing these bracelets for more than a decade, always large size selected after reading the guide and always happy. The last one I bought about a year ago was a cm bigger, wearable but a little slacker than I’ve been used to. Ordered one for my mother before Christmas again using the size guide but it was massive and literally fell off her wrist. She deleted the order number unfortunately so had to buy again. I ordered a new one for myself in January and when this one arrived it was yet another cm bigger and unwearable. Emails exchanged but this was a lengthy and frustrating process eventually resulting in an offer to exchange but I had to pay to return. A further 8 days have passed with nothing until I received an email today telling me they have processed a refund. Ordered 27/01 unwanted refund 20/02…what a waste of time, which is a shame because both the bracelets and service were always good, not sure what’s happened but won’t be using this company again.

Buyer maliciously added two additional items at a cost of 35.98. I demanded a refund and they gave me $7 refund!
UNACCEPTABLE

I bought a magnetRX bracelet last November the cord split.. I was not aware of the fact that I should remove it to wash and shower etc. Weakened the bracelet. I I contacted them and within 6 days I was sent a new one. Great family company to deal with. Deserve a 5 star

Very painful to wear. God knows how people wear them long enough to notice any improvements. I cant.

I was at Dobbies, Southport, today, to attend a craft fair. Saw a range of these bracelets, and was told that the one I liked was £50. I bought it. When I got back home, I went on line to read reviews, and look at other models. I was dismayed to see that prices were £15 LESS than at the stall in Dobbies. I don’t regret buying the bracelet, if the claims live up to expectations, but I am extremely disappointed to be charged over the odds. Doesn’t bode well for transparent trading! May be a good product, but the same can’t be said for the honesty of the company.

Ordered 2nd May, money taken and received e mail stating delivery 15 to 21 days. Its now 25 days and no delivery. E mailed twice and had no response so cancelling my order. Very poor customer service.

Price was too good said the money taken & goods dispatched by email after no delivery in 10 days my emails ignored & phones never answered I'm asking credit card company for my money back DON'T GO NEAR

excellent bracelet

I ordered 2 bracelets and ordered wrong sizes . I was advised to send them back and my mistake was put right and the bracelets were returned to me by almost return post. Impressed.

My bracelet took 15 days to arrive. A pity I was not told 1st class mail was so slow. Apart from that everything went really well.

As an occasional return customer over the past ten plus years, I recently purchased a silver/gold bracelet after many years of finding wearing such alleviating joint and muscle pain. I have found the bracelets and bangles comfortable to wear and received many compliments stating they are lovely and look like real gold and silver. I received the product a few days after ordering online. Thank you Magnetic Therapy Ltd. Highly recommended.

The bangle barely fitted my wrist. There was a gap of 2 inches and it was too tight. The leaflet said it was to be worn loosely. This was impossible as when I opened it a bit it fell off my wrist. This bangle would only suit a child ,or a thin adult. I have returned it for a refund and I am very disappointed

I had a problem with placing my order online so emailed customer services. I received a quick polite reply & was able to process my order. The delivery was speedy, and I am very happy with the bracelet I ordered and additional plasters for spot magnets. I find these invaluable for any aches and pains I have and other family members now also ask to use them for backache.
I was disappointed with the other item as it was not the same as in the catalogue and too large. So I have returned it and wait to see how quickly I receive a refund - it is the first time I have needed to return anything.
