DON’T DO IT! Please do not order from this company. I have had the same experience as the other people leaving 1 star reviews. I placed my order in March. It took til April to receive an email confirmation that it shipped and that’s the last I heard about my order. Since 4/17 my tracking number has not updated and the items are apparently somewhere in Chicago. I emailed the company several times and it has been such a joke. They won’t let me cancel my order and they flat out lied to me that it was being held up by customs clearance. I contacted USPS and the person I spoke to confirmed that there was no truth to what they said and that the company hasn’t even created a shipping label for my items. We’re talking two months later. I’ve also left Instagram comments on their posts questioning the company and they get deleted. Please do not give your money to this awful awful company.

SCAM!!!!!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THIS FIRST. They got me for a good amount of money and I never received the products. I never received another word after the “your shipment is on its way” email. That was 4 weeks ago. Their email doesn’t exist and keeps getting kicked back as a failure. There is no other way to contact them. SCAM!!!

My lashes are so lightweight I wear them everyday I even swim with them and nothing happens 😍😍😍

Every customer has the same issues with you. And you put false reviews to pretend they are from real people receiving their items when it is not true.

Since May 18th I along with others have been waiting for our orders. They ended up either blocking me on Instagram or they deleted their Instagram account. They should be fined for false advertisement and selling products where people do not receive their items. So don’t make up too much excuses before the law catches up to you and an international investigation and lawsuit comes after you by thousands and thousands of people who did not receive their items. You are a fraud and we will get in contact with Kourtney Kardashian and will start signing an international petition on your fake company.

If you want your customers to continue ordering then at least provide your paying customers the correct information and reply to them.

Until now your company has not provided me a tracking number for my order!!!

Just like everyone else, I ordered my lashes over three months ago, emailed multiple times and no lashes no response and it just says they haven’t even gone in transit yet. I feel so dumb. I assumed having a celebrity I could trust that it would at least be a product that would come in the mail.

I got my package after MONTHS
Beautiful package but upon removing the lashes to put on they LITERALLY fell apart
I guess there isn’t an option to post pictures but yeah. I can’t even use them because they fell apart.

Oh and magnetic sl tried to remove this review saying it was invalid. I got it back up with proof of purchase.

Seeking a charge back through my credit card company as I never received my product and they issued a fake tracking number.

I would give zero if I could. I paid and never received my products. I was sent multiple tracking numbers that do not work. When you contact customer service they send you discount codes for future orders but the emails are copied and pasted and never answer your questions. I order april 12 and have received nothing still. I have put through a charge back. Its a scam.

Never received product ordered on 4/10/2020. It’s been 60 days. After emails back and forth they said once I receive the product they will offer a refund. Filed a dispute with my card issuer Visa. Do not order from this company. There is no guarantee you will receive your item and they will not refund your money either.

I would give them a zero since I have no product from them ...I Feel robbed & disappointed
1. There’s no one to talk to in person I’ve been emailing back and forth since April 26th
2. 2 .5 months!!! ... In transit??? For a US product?
3. My questions are not answered properly they give me a different answer every time, turns out my shipment was lost or stolen... ok ,that’s fine! .. just rush a new order right ? ... instead when I contact through email they send me a automated reply saying it’s in transit .... no tracking number , finally they send a tracking numbber ... witch was for the first order that was supposedly lost ???no proof they re sent a order when I tried to cancel they said it was in transit.. I’ve sent them pictures of my own tracking app I use that shows tracking expired I ordered april17th today is June 12th...

I did receive my lashes(2 diff sizes for one set) did not get the eyelash curler that I paid for, therefor my order is still incomplete. I’ve reached out several times supposedly they said they sent it out, today I got a new email saying the talked to shipping an they are sending one out !??? This company is not to be trusted and not organized at all! One day they sent my order the next they are sending it out ... it takes many try’s of contacting them before they actually give u a tracking number. Iam beyond frustrated at this point and months! Of waiting. And not being able to communicate over phone with a live person is even worse , since the previous person said Something different then the next one emailing you. (By the way they did try to get this post delete but I had proof of the emails and order , please don’t waist time or money on them)

They will not send the product and will not give tracking details, while wasting your time with emails claiming the package is on the way, or lost, and never providing tracking details. I will be lodging an official report.

Update: June 16, 2020:
So they read my review and sent a message asking for my order # to “look into this” for me. In their response they said: orders will be delayed by 10 days.... that’s complete BS. It’s June 16th... my order still has not arrived. How do I know this since I moved away? I have been in contact with my old landlord. It’s been 10 weeks!!! Under the Consumers’ Rights Act, if the consumer does not receive their order within 30 days of their order date, YOU, AS THE COMPANY, HAVE TO COMPENSATE THEM!!! I don’t think you, as the company, understand why you have gotten so many bad reviews. It’s not about the DELAY! IT’S ABOUT YOU SENDING FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS!!! Fake tracking numbers that the couriers and post office don’t even have in their system. There is no proof of this order! There is no point sending me a message saying you will look into it. I have 20 emails going back and forth with your customer service reps. And don’t lie to me regarding the order is being held up in Customs. I have been in touch with the Customs and Post Office. The fact that you lie to your customers shows that all you care about is the money and not the happiness of your consumers.

Placed an order on April 5th, did not receive it. Contacted customer service as I was moving out of my mailing address on May 31st due to unforeseeable situation. Was told they can’t offer refund or resend a new order to my new mailing address. Had about 20 emails back and forth.... and the last thing they said to me was that it is stuck at custom... I don’t think they got the fact that I MOVED. Tracking number is fake. And I have called the custom and the local post office and they said THERE IS NO SUCH TRACKING NUMBER AND ITEM. So basically they took my money and did not care if I received the item or not. I will be reporting them as this breaks the Consumer’s Rights ACT.

Ordering was very easy, however that is where it ends. After several back and forth with customer service (Emily), they informed me that my package was lost and we’re going to send me another within days. I come to find the tracking number is exactly the same as my initial one. It’s about 5 weeks since I’ve ordered and I still have not receive anything. Horrible service!

Okay...I’m not usually one for writing reviews but I feel my review would be important to most and may help put minds at rest.

Like many others...I placed an order in May to which I received an email about a week later to confirm my order had been despatched to which a Royal Mail tracking number was included. For about 14 days the tracking information wouldn’t track and was stuck on the same message. For obvious reasons after reading all the poor reviews of not receiving there product, fake tracking numbers etc, I assumed I had also been scammed. My intentions were to notify my bank if I hadn’t received anything after maybe a month or so.
Today..to my surprise, I have actually received them through the post and they are exactly what I had ordered.
I am not sure why some people are not receiving there orders after waiting months and I can completely understand the frustration and disappointment of being let down by what is supposed to be a professional brand. I just wanted to write this review to try and maybe help with your frustration a little and to confirm that even though some girls have been waiting way too long, there is still hope of you receiving your item. I do think the company need to work on there delivery issue and communicate with the thousands of women who feel disappointed with the lack of communication regarding their orders. I do hope you receive your order soon. I hope this helps.

Order placed two months ago, nothing received. all i hear from Customer services - apologies for the delay. i live in UK the developed country. People, this is very sh*** website and service. do not buy.

I asked for my order to be canceled before I received any shipping notification but they wouldn’t cancel. Instead they keep telling me the same thing over and over that the package is in transit. Now it is waiting for USPS to pickup since May 19th. Then I’m offered 40% off any future orders. Why? If they couldn’t ship out, they shouldn’t take orders. I guess my next step is my credit card company. I should have researched further for the negative reviews and that this product comes from outside the USA. I would never have ordered. Way to get new customers.

This is a scam. These full reviews are also fake. You will never receive the product or the tracking number. The influencers they use are also scammers and we should flood their page. You will never revived the product, no tracking numbers, excuse that it’s stuck at customs, pretend they are a French company. This whole company is a scam.

I purchased these on March 18. On March 24 I was sent a shipping confirmation where the tracking number didn’t work. They did finally arrive on MAY 25!! Two solid months of waiting!! The lashes themselves aren’t that bad but they clearly have distribution issues and they are not transparent about where they are coming from or actual ship dates. Mine were clearly marked as shipped from China. I have a YouTube video (Magnetic SL- buyer beware submitted by VegasChic Unfiltered) describing experience with all documentation to verify as well as how the lashes actually look. There are tons of these companies, better going with another that has proper customer service support and proper business practices. What a shame really.

I would give 0 stars this is a scam. I ordered in April 2020 and never received the product. They stopped responding to emails and initially claimed my order was lost or stolen after 20 Days Of being held for pick up by Postal shipper!
