I’ve never been disappointed by this brand neither the products 💯

Not a great experience with ordering these and the product itself. I ordered these in March and received them in June. They did have good customer service when I reached out via email. However when trying the product im not too impressed. The eyeliner peels off with the magnets of the lashes and therefore the corners start to come away from the lash line. But finicky and was expecting much more from them.

I give 2 stars for now because on June 28th, I didn’t receive my order passed on April 16th.
The answers I get from customer service are ridiculous. I hope I will receive them lashes, but honestly I have asked my bank for a refund because the company is not helping at all.

I ordered in March and they did not send the item til June. As I got tired of waiting, they refused to to refund me and cancel the order saying my order was processing but when I would check the status of my order it was simply processing for months.
On receiving the item 4 months later, I returned the item which I returned as a tracked and signed for item. MagneticsSL have received my return but refuse to acknowledge this now, on every email where I ask about my refund they send me an automatic reply, and send me a tracking number saying the item was delivered to me, completely ignoring that I've sent the item back to them unopened and am due a refund. Their customer service is atrocious, if not the worst I have ever dealt with. And I would warn potential buyers to keep away, they literally just want your money and to waste your time and do nothing if you have queries and complaints.

SCAM! I ordered lashes over 40$ on May 22nd 2020 they emailed me the lashes were sent out on May 27th 2020. It's been over a month exactly a month today! No lashes! I have numerous emails to them to prove I been more than patient! They are now ignoring me. I even asked if they can send a new order instead of a refund and nothing! The tracking number they gave me for my order is invalid! Ladies and gents whoever...DONT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered because Kourtney Kardashian did a promo for them I was hesitant at first and look! I even contacted her on Instagram with my order # just so Magnetic SL could see I was serious! It's a scam guys! Whatever company online doesnt have an actual customer service phone number is a scam that's a tell tale sign!

Worst experience with a company EVER. I ordered my lashes May 1st and now it’s June 27th and they still haven’t come and probably never will. I emailed the support four times and every time they just said “it should be coming soon” and never did. There’s no phone number only an email so you can’t even talk to them in real time and they take days to answer the email. Now trying to get a refund but I know they will be difficult about it. PLEASE do not buy from this company, there’s other magnetic lash companies!!

I didn’t receive my product for 14 weeks, the tracking number says that USPS is still waiting pick up.

I requested a refund and they keep sending me the same auto email, telling me that I have to wait for delivery of My item to start the refund procedure.

Don’t buy from this company, it’s an absolute scam. There are support groups on social media for the hundreds of girls (myself included) that paid for their products back in March/April and have never received the item, only fake tracking numbers and robotic email responses. Check out the reviews on social media for more info on how in-depth this scam is! Disgusting. The (very) few people who received an item, it was of extremely poor quality, and had come from China, with eyeliner smelling like petrol, not ‘hand made in Europe’ as advertised.

Ordered on 29th April after seeing a Kourtney Kardashian ad. According to their website, the order was to be shipped within 3 working days

It has been about two months and I was given fake tracking numbers, told the order was stuck at customs, being looked into, etc. I have since moved apartment, and have told the customer service repeatedly prior and after move, and they insist on sending to my old address and giving fake tracking numbers

There is a Facebook page with hundred of people in similar situation as mine.

This site, if not a scam site, has the very least extremely low customer service.

In April 2020 they ran a promotion with Kourtney Kardashian and I purchased a pair to try them out. I ordered the Kourtney style lash at the end of April and I’m still waiting for my package. The company is overseas and so is distribution. I wish I had known that beforehand. It’s been shipped awaiting pickup in Chicago since late May. When I email customer service, they email back please be patient. I’ve asked for a refund and they’ve ignored my request. I’d really like to have the lashes to try. If Kourtney was promoting it then I’m inclined to believe it good quality. Tuesday will be 2 full months. That’s patience enough; either deliver the goods or refund my money.

Honestly, my situation was the same as every other reviewer on here, however, my order came in today... when it was placed in April. SHOCKING! The automated emails, repetitive responses and fake tracking numbers all happened to me as well, and I quite frankly gave up hope. I’d check back on Trustpilot every now and then and a few random reviews said they eventually got their order, so I kept minimal hope. I haven’t tried on the lashes yet, but I’m just grateful I finally got my order.

For your sanity, don’t bother ordering with them because it was quite stressful lol. I think people would’ve taken their delivery situation better if they were more genuine.

MagneticSL if you are reading this, just be honest with your customers. They still might be angry because of how long it took them to get their order but at least they wouldn’t be calling you scammers.

I already left a more detailed review on my ordering experience and how I was played out of my money by this scam! But I wanted to also say that they work double-time ro make sure any negative reviews are removed. On Instagram I watched them remove my negative comment countless time (I kept reposting) in an effort to have people believe only the positive, paid-for reviews.

Love my lashes so much I will order again 😍

Awful company ordered on 17th may havent got my order they just keep sending generic emails to me the company is fraudulent and an absolute joke of a company Do not order the have sent me fake tracking humbers and they pay people to write on these and give fake reviews awful awful company also they said my item was shipped on 31st may and they bloack you on all forms of social media disgusting awful company that just tell you lies and steal your money

My review is a bit mixed. I like others had not received my product after months. After multiple emails with generic automated responses, receiving a tracking number that didn't work and reading all these reviews, I had enough of the back and forth and was going to write a negative review along with reporting to my bank for fraud.
Next second, my delivery arrived and the actual product is lovely and I'm happy with it.
Unsure if the delivery time and automated replies are just covid related/being overwhelmed or maybe I'm lucky and received my product.

Horrible company. Ordered on April 9th, almost July and STILL NOTHING. Just a bunch of runaround emails and stalling answers with this "company". I've talked to many other women and they've all experienced the same thing. Fake tracking numbers, the company telling them their package was 'lost' or 'stolen'. Some have actually received lashes and from pictures they are complete garbage. Even one woman showed her parcel actually said the real dollar value of the contents, which was $10 US!

All the good reviews on here are fake, if you look at Facebook they remove all the bad comments but you can see all the angry emotions on their photos - the one thing they can't remove. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!
