Magmo pro recording device rip off

I ordered a IPhone recording device that seemed to have good reviews via You Tube. The app is supported via Apple Apps. I received device and it would not pair with my iPhone regardless of what I did. The device then started blinks nonstop red. I tried through the app several times to get customer support left my email and phone number. I then emailed them several times to start a return before the device did not function. There has been no response from the company whatsoever. The email address is I even reviewed them from a email I received called judge me. Still no response. So I am out 143 dollars.
