The customer service was excellent! I placed 2 last minute orders late in the afternoon and the rep that I spoke to over the phone was very happy to help with his advice and product knowledge. Also, I was very pleased with their honesty and willingness to help. I called their office prior to placing my online order explaining exactly what I needed and they walked me through the website showing me where I could find the items. I made a mistake with my online order and they proactively called me back to help me correct the error. As a first-time customer, my experience was very good and I will be ordering from maglocks.com again in the near future.

Incredibly fast processing and shipping my order. I was very happy with my experience.

We purchased a hotel that had a 10year old Maglock product in it. The software was nowhere to be found and the encoding computer crashed. We called support and they walked us through downloading and installing the system from scratch. Having this support was critical to keep our hotel running. They really went above and beyond to help us.

Great service and easy to use website but when dealing with commercial customers shipping was a lil slow in my opinion. But wasn’t displeased.

The Maglocks team was helpful and I received my order quickly. When we have had technical questions they were there to help.

It's always quick to order..but they are so. So. Expensive. I get needing to make a profit, but this is gouging.

Good product. Arrived promptly. Instructions were ok - good for installation but weak on wiring explanations, fortunately I had removed the old one and had some idea of what was required.
