After 6 months the blender is unusable

After 6 months the blender is unusable. The copper tube is completely worn out for the second time and because of this there is so much play on the shaft of the blade that liquids simply run out. I ask the customer service of Magimix to send a new blade, but they refuse! While I submit this complaint well within the warranty period. With all the associated articles I have spent more than € 300 on this blender. Wasted money! You can expect such an expensive blender to have bearing parts. So do not buy a Magimix, because the quality is appalling!

Non-existing service

The plastic/rubber membran under the blender knife dissolved, which means this is now in our stomacs, even though we solely use it for a daily smoothie and we always rinse the can with water only. For six weeks I've being trying to get an answer from Magimix, since this has happened within the guarantee period. I didn't even get a confirmation e-mail from filling their contact form twice. There is no other way to contact them in Denmark. The first e-mail address I managed to find in UK didn't respond, the second did respond, but very non-informative and it seems that I just have to keep waiting without knowing what's going on.
I don't think six weeks handling time is okay. I'm very disappointed with the lack of service.
