I’ve just completed my second treatment with Magic Smile Dental Clinic and I couldn’t be happier! On my first visit I had two implants placed, 4 months later on the second treatment I had 12 zirconium crowns on the top and 12 on the bottom. The whole process has been smooth, professional, and completely reassuring from start to finish.

I recently attended a Magic Smile event in Bristol and I’m so glad I did. From the very start, the team put me completely at ease – they answered all my questions thoroughly and even confirmed what my own dentist had already told me, which gave me a lot of confidence. From there, everything was arranged for me. They helped me book my flights, and when I arrived, the driver was already waiting – which made the whole journey stress-free.

At my first appointment, everything was explained clearly step by step, so I knew exactly what to expect. I would not recommend this place at all. I am not one to write bad reviews but in this case I couldn’t not. My boyfriend visited this clinic around 2 years ago. As soon as he got there they were so money obsessed and only asking when he was going to pay before he even had a consultation about what his teeth would look like. He got his teeth done and paid, 2 days later he went back saying they were wobbly in his mouth. They dismissed him and told him this was normal and they would be fine. He came home to the uk. 9 months later it got to the point where his teeth were practically falling out so he had to pay to go back. When he got there they stuck them back in and said he owed them £250 (even though it had been less than a year and they previously said he had 2 year guarantee with them. So he angrily left and said he wouldn’t pay an extra £300 as he felt ripped off after having to return so sudden as it is. A year later and he has had to go back for a second time due to unbearable pain. It turns out he had a major cyst under his teeth and 2 other dentists said that it was because they were not placed correctly in his mouth. Clearly showing that due to their lack of care and their negligence his mouth has got seriously infected over the time. This resulted in him having to get 4 of his natural teeth removed and spend thousands more pounds. He tried to contact them and they have dismissed him and couldn’t care about his experience even though he has been in severe pain due to there actions. Please just think before getting your teeth done here as it’s only caused pain and trouble ever since he stepped in that clinic.

I cannot describe my whole experience. Just overwhelmed with results. Customer service at Magic Smile is top notch. When it comes to dental care , Magic Smile stands out of the crowd, making sure you are confortable not just after your care but from the moment you land into Antalya. The drivers are courteous. You never open the door. They do that for you from the moment you are picked up from the airport. Everyone make you feel so important. They are so punctual and well coordinated throughout your stay. In your hotel, you have such a confortable space. All are just so well orchestrated.

I must admit that the clinic staff are so patient. I observed how they treat other clients and I included, I was impressed. No partiality and inequality in their treatment of people. When it was time for my crowns to be inserted, I was not happy with colour. They got adjustments made straight away without any form of arguments or cohesion. The material used is not easy to differentiate from natural teeth. The Zirconia is really appealing. These guys are not only competent but they are also morally good. As a health persnnel I have learned from their customer service. So inspirational. Magic Smile, I am immensely grateful. Cannot recommend enough.

So just got back from my second and final trips and omg what a life changer! I really cant believe my change in appearance, when comming to the permanent teeth they will not stop until the teeth are perfect to the tiniest detail! Thank you!

We attended a consultation in Swansea and were initially impressed by what was discussed. I was due to have 8 crowns on both my upper and lower teeth, while my mother was scheduled for an "All-on-8" dental implant procedure. The promise of a lifetime warranty and positive reviews influenced our decision to go ahead with this clinic.

We travelled to Turkey last week and stayed at the Azuu Hotel. I’m pleased with the final appearance of my crowns—I opted for a natural look and shade, which turned out well. However, the experience overall was mixed.

My mother’s treatment involved removing her natural teeth and fitting implants. During the UK consultation, we were told she would receive temporary fixed teeth (not dentures) for the 4–6 month healing period before returning for her permanent set. Unfortunately, this turned out to be untrue—after surgery, we were told she would need dentures during this time. She has a very sensitive gag reflex and would not have chosen this treatment had we been given accurate information upfront.

Communication throughout the process was poor. I often left appointments unsure of what had just happened or what to expect next. My bite was never quite right, and attempts to adjust it felt rushed and uncomfortable. On one occasion, the dental assistant was physically trying to force my bite into place by pressing on my head and jaw, seemingly out of frustration and possibly due to language barriers.

Aftercare promises were also misleading. In the UK, we were assured of a lifetime warranty and UK-based support. However, we later learned the warranty is only two years, and we're expected to return to Turkey annually for checkups—something that was never mentioned prior to committing.

Although I’m happy with the aesthetic result of my crowns, I’m disappointed by the mismatch between the UK consultation and the actual experience abroad. I would urge others to ask very specific questions and get everything in writing before committing.

I went to the consultation in Glasgow in September 2024 and flew over to Magic Smile clinic in January 2025. My plan changed slightly after my initial x-rays and I had to have some extractions and dental implants. I am pretty nervous about dentists but there was no pain whatsoever and was given pain relief and antibiotics after the procedure just in case. I was given a date to come back in five months to finish my treatment.
Came back in June for Zirconia all on 4 on top and Zirconia crowns on bottom. Couldn't be happier with the final result I finally have a proper smile.
The whole experience has been first class. Transfers to and from the airport and the clinic, the Azzu hotel, the amazing dentists and staff who put you at ease. I have met some fantastic people along the way all going through their own dental journey and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Magic Smile to anyone thinking about changing their smile and their life.

After years of being self concious of my teeth I can now smile and be confident once again, thanks to magic smile.
My first appointment was 17th July 24. I was very nervous going to the dentist at home and always felt belittled. Every staff member, on every visit, they were very nice and made me feel welcome which took away a lot of anxiety.
I had 10 teeth out and 5 implants in one hit. Obviously there is some pain but very minimal (I never took any painkillers through the whole experience).
Having to let the implants heal for 4 months I had to go home with a temporary plate which I didn’t particularly want but, for the end result I was happy to put up with that. Your gums do shrink in that time and they do get a bit annoying but it’s all part of the process, and they looked great.
After 4 months (to the day funny enough), I started my treatment for my permanent teeth.
Same lovely people, I couldn’t wait to go back.
I loved my new teeth but wanted a specific shape at the bottom of the teeth, the dentist and the technician were very patient with me and I left happy. A few weeks later (while still on a soft food diet) I got a follow up call to check everything was ok, it was but I had a little bit of an over bite which I didn’t realise until eating solid food and had developed a lisp. I gave it six months then arranged to have a week holiday in turkey at the same time as getting my bite corrected. Magic smile were very helpful arranging things and still picked me up from my hotel (which I didn’t expect), and resolved the small issue I had. I can chew a lot better, the lisp has gone and, I thought they were beautiful teeth before but now they are even better.
I love my smile and for the first time ever I’ve loved visiting the dentist and will never go anywhere else. I have, and always will recommend anyone to go to this dentist.

From start to finish i found the whole experience amazing!! I have always hated the dentish and my teeth were always my biggest insecurity but now i get to smile with confidence! i have referred many people to this clinic as they truly are the best! i had a number of consultations with different clinics but magic smile out shon them all. The hotel staff were always helpful whenever needed and having an English member of staff at the hotel for the UK patients just topped it for me.

Definitely a 5 star review from me, I went and met them in Glasgow in January and they explained everything what I needed, I booked and had my visit in April and was very happy with everything and everyone involved in Magic Smile, they know how to treat you when they can see I was nervous….excellent facilities and excellent dentists, I have now just booked for my 2nd visit in August to complete my Magic Smile 😀

I went to magic smile in March 2025 for all on 4 top and bottom. I chose this clinic as a family member had used them but I still went to an open day and had an x-ray In the UK first. All our correspondence was via WhatsApp which was my choice they reply to every question very promptly and explain everything to you.
I arrived at lunchtime i was collected from the airport and taken straight to the clinic, all staff are friendly and professional and the clinic itself is very clean. The next day I had all teeth removed and implants put in with no pain whatsoever from there I was taken to the chemist and hospital for an injection.
I stayed at their hotel which is included in the price the rooms are very basic but adequate for your needs whilst there the TV has plenty of channels netflix etc. The breakfast is very basic but the meals off the menu are lovely. If I could suggest one thing it would be to put a microwave out for breakfast so people who bring their own soft food can warm it up as trust me your porridge isn't the same as the UK :)
I had appointments everyday except Sunday as they closed. All your appointments are sent the day before by WhatsApp and they tell you what time you are going to be picked up.
There are a few restaurants around that cater for people getting their teeth down and there is a beach a taxi ride away plus you could take a nice stroll along the front with plenty of coffee shops.
Everyone at the hotel are there for the same reason all on different parts of their journey everyone seems very friendly and if you're a lone traveller you won't feel alone.
I'm halfway through my journey I was told I could go back after 4 month's for my permanent teeth but I have decided to wait 6 months to give my implants more time to heal.
I had stitches which were dissolvable but after a couple of weeks they did start to irritate I couldn't get any dentist local to me to take them out I even tried 111 with no luck so I bought a pair of stitch removers from amazon and got my sister to do it. I did find a dental lab local to adjust my temporary dentures as they do need it once your gums start to heal.
What you have to take into account is your going to Turkey so if something does go wrong you will have to go back. I took out dental insurance to travel abroad so if something goes wrong in the year they cover the cost of your return to get it sorted something I feel the negative reviewers have failed to do. Also magic smile have insurance which I will be taking out when my treatment is complete.
When my treatment is finished I would have paid just over £8000 this includes breakfast hotel and all transfers. Evening meals cost about £20 with a soft drink so you can make your trip as cheap or expensive as you wish. For me it wasn't a holiday it was for treatment and so far I'm very happy with how it is going and I actually like the look of my temporaries so that's a bonus :)

I have now had a second implant fail and completely fall out. I again messaged magic smile and they told me I had to fly over st my own expense which would involve 10 days off work and 4-5 k in travel expenses. To have these fixed in Australia is at least 10k which they should reimburse me to have these fixed work fixed local not have me fly over for these too fail again. I’ll be going further with this.

In response to your reply, it would help if you kept accurate records. I will expose your lies one by one. Yes I returned to your clinic in August 2024 this was after informing you on 22nd April that there was a vertical crack in the lower crown. I then returned to the UK and informed you on 9th September of the chipping issue, never before that date, this can be categorically proven by saved correspondence. You talk of redoing the crown at no additional cost? Considering I had 12 months warranty left I should think so.

You also claim the chip could have been easily repaired, now considering I never returned for a 4th time how do you know it was easily repairable? And you have also guessed the size of the chip as you have not examined it. Yes I advised that I would be attending your event. No, it was not a representative I met it was your “Grand Manager” who is also one of the owner’s, who complained to Trustpilot when I mentioned his name in my review and I had to remove it, and yet here you are intentionally and wilfully posting my details on a public forum. To explain the difference your owner’s name is in the public domain due to business ownership, I have never given you the authority to release my personal information and due to “Patient Confidentiality” you have breached this. You have also committed an offence in relation to Article 8 of The Human Rights Act (Right to privacy).

You say I rejected the offered solution, which was to return once again to your clinic for the third time in only 7 months, what were you hoping for 3rd time lucky? Albert Einstein is quoted as saying “ The definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.

Now your version of events regarding my meeting with your representative/owner/manager could only have come from him for you to publish, either way as the clinic owner he bears corporate responsibility for what is published in the public domain especially regarding patients. There were 3 persons at this meeting, your owner, me and one other. The other person was chosen very deliberately as I had a feeling you would attempt to discredit my version. The other person present is a serving Police Scotland officer of many years with an exemplary record. The reason I asked this person to attend and witness this meeting is due to a specific caveat in Scottish law that you may not be aware of as it differs from England & Wales, it is called corroboration. What reliable witness does your owner have as to what occurred in the meeting?

Now during that meeting at Novotel, Hope Street, Glasgow I made no threats, I made no demands of the kind you are suggesting, after discussions 2 witnesses with their own eyes watched your owner write the figure of £6,400 on paper, no other figure whatsoever, and I never mentioned reviews. Now please remember this meeting took place in Scotland, you’re accusing me of “blackmail” and conditional threats which I will be contacting Police Scotland to report this matter as you are clearly defaming my character and what you have printed is libellous.

You mention limits of your warranty, however there is a person recently posted on Trustpilot and you sent that patient to a clinic in London to get his issues rectified after your work failing in only a matter of months, so what are the limits please explain?

Your business is a registered entity in the UK with Companies House and I will be providing a full evidential file to Trading standards UK to expose your lies and your willingness to publicly state such lies, emails etc don’t lie because they are time and date stamped and will show the exact chain of events.

Everything I have said is true and it will be proved beyond any doubt whatsoever, do not make the mistake of trusting these people as soon as you have a problem you will see their true colours, avoid like the plague.

Mr Grand Manager some advice, no matter how far away you are, although you are in the UK regularly, no matter how untouchable you may think you are, one day you will take liberties with a person that you will live to regret, I am that person…Semper Memento

P.S…I would take the opportunity to remove my personal details and your disgraceful lies from your response, I have already screenshot what you have posted for evidence.

Lastly due to your haste in trying to discredit me you have overlooked one very important matter. You have accused me of committing criminal offences within the sight and hearing of a serving police officer. Therefore you also accuse this man of dereliction of his lawful duty by not reporting this matter to his superior officers, I hope you recognise the seriousness of what you have alleged and the consequences. I should imagine you will be hearing in the near future as to what action he will take.
