Warning this casino makes it so hard to withdraw winnings! So last Saturday I withdrew £1000 from this casino and it’s still pending. Now they’re asking me for every type of ID imaginable bank statements, proof of income, a selfie holding my ID! Why don’t they ask for these when you’re depositing?? Why as soon as you withdraw you become under scrutiny. It’s blatant that they don’t want to payout. I’ve made many withdrawals with this companies sister sites, ‘Neptune play’, ‘666 casino’, ‘Mr Play’ and Mr Mega and not one of them asked me for this amount of verification absolutely ridiculous. Daylight robbery in action, happily take our money but as soon as we take a little back they try keep it from us. Well I’ll be speaking to ombudsman about Magic Red casino.

Don't know what all the bad reviews are about but I won £850 and it was paid into my account within 12 hours.

They advertised £10 deposit £10 bonus no wagering. Then surprise surprise wagering is £400 on a £10 deposit.
Then I thought let's check the reviews? Say no more.

Good casino easy to use and good selection of games, I done pretty well using there slots, but now trying to get the winnings seems almost impossible 24 hours turned into 48 then not at weekend let's just see what is the next amount of time i am hit with ....

Firstly please don’t think this review is about me loosing my money and writing a bad review like majority do

I was fortunate to win 800 pound having issues with them saying we cannot withdrawal to the card you deposited with after going away and getting a account with a bank not on there list I had no correspondence from them 3 days after submitting I contacted them i also threatened legal action as I have red there terms and conditions and no where does it state you carnt withdrawal from the site

They have decided to close my account

I’ve reported them for fraud and also taking legal action against them as what there doing is criminal

Joined tonight. So far so good withdrawn 150. Will update review and stars upon smoothly receiving my money to my bank.

Edit..my money was in my bank less that 13 hours after withdrawal no faffing around with documents etc. will update to 4 stars just now and will play further if all good will update to 5.

Terrible customer service.

I had a truly awful experience with MagicRed Casino. I deposited £450 on March 28th at 7:30 AM, and despite their website stating instant debit card deposits, the funds were never credited to my account. Instead, the transaction was marked as 'pending' and then 'declined,' but my bank confirms the money is still held in a pending state, effectively lost in the system.
Their customer service was appalling. I received conflicting information and was given the runaround for two days. Initially, I was told the issue would be resolved within hours, then it was pushed to 24 hours, then another 24 hours, and finally, they told me to deal with my bank. I received no apology, no compensation, and no real assistance.
The fact that my £450 is now stuck in limbo, potentially for up to 30 days, is completely unacceptable. MagicRed Casino clearly doesn't care about its customers and their advertised 'instant deposits' are a complete lie. This is a serious issue that reflects poorly on their integrity and adherence to gambling commission guidelines.
I strongly advise anyone considering playing at MagicRed to look elsewhere. Their customer service is non-existent when you have a problem, and they seem to have no interest in resolving issues caused by their own system errors. This has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. I would give zero stars if possible."

I’ve had a good experience with this casino, had fast withdrawals including today of £3,500 - the live chat are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

No issues so far but will see as other reviews don’t make me confident but I know people leave these bad reviews when they lose but I will update this in future.

My Experience……

Seen they had an offer on for deposit £10 receive 100 free spins, so took the offer, but on the offer only won £4.20ish, but continued to play with money I had for a while, had some decent wins and in the end put in a withdrawal request for £116, it says it takes 48 BUSINESS hours to process and then not sure how long for it to hit my account, I have provided address verification, driving licence and bank card minus the security 3digits.

When withdrawal hits my account I will update the review but other than withdrawal timeframe the gameplay was enjoyable and has all the top slots you would expect from a casino.

Update:

Just to clarify at no point was any of my verification ID asked for I chose to send this as to not be any problems.
Received my withdrawal of £116 - 0.58p fee in less than 24hrs, not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I’ve had 0 problems with this site and now I know I can receive my withdrawal on a weekend in less than 24hrs I will continue to play this site in future.

Don’t believe all the bad reviews from people that didn’t win

Don't go near this site absolutely a rip off can not get my withdrawals from them. Customer service none existent. Chat useless. No o e answers calls.

Writing this on behalf of my boyfriend. He keeps getting an error that tells him "you have pending transactions and can't place bets" and the room locks for 1 hour. This happens on live roulette. Normally when there's a pattern on past results, for example if there's been 8 black numbers in a row etc. They know people will bet on red so this happens. It's clearly just one huge scam. He's tried talking to them several times about it but all they say is ask for live chat when it happens, which is pointless when you're using a strategy, and refuse to accept there is a issue. AVOID!!

This is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be taking this complaint to wherever it needs to go. Open an account they take your money and are happy to see you lose. When you win it back and withdraw the money all of a sudden your account is closed. It’s stealing. And not okay.

If you want to close the account that’s fine but give me my winnings. I have email confirmations of withdrawals

I do not recommend this site to anyone I have won 900 pound withdraw it sent all the documents they wanted and now closed my account no emails go through it’s wrong they shouldn’t be able to do this.
