As always Magic Madhouse delivers! Got my booster box fast and well in time for release!

Well packed, box has no issues.

Have ordered several times and spent a good amount and the first time I have an issue the customer service turns out to be abysmal.
If a company ships out a damaged item (as the item was not damaged in shipping) then the first response should be to ship a replacement and fix the issue for your paying customer not to have me wait two weeks to eventually get the item I have paid for.

It arrived on a Saturday so I could not call and sent an email straight away

I was advised replacement items could not be requested to be put on hold and to not ask for this service (also in bold, as if I’m an issue for them when they sent the damaged item to begin with)
I had to arrange the collection myself and sort the label myself (this should have been arranged by you as a collect on delivery return with the return label in the box with the new item if u actually had any sense of customer satisfaction)
The emails never gave me any information on how I get a replacement but I was told I should simple leave a little note in the box and I would get a replacement from them (I’m sorry I’m not putting a message in a bottle and throwing it out to sea with some hope and prayers that I’ll actually receive a replacement)

So come Monday I call them with no sense from the emails or first impressions of the call that anyone actually wants to help me of care that they have failed to deliver what is expected of them
I am however now advised that and item can be put on hold for me which is not what I was told before and again I was told to leave a note in the box when I was showing confusion about this process the person on the phone stated they could not understand why I couldn’t grasp this very unsafe for consumers approach to getting a replacement item but said that they put a note on the order making sure a replacement was sent but I can’t say I’m 100% convinced that actually happened
I sent the replacement back and did receive a suitable replacement, which is why I’ve upped it to 2 stars but I was provided with no information regarding the return or replacement of my item at all from magic madhouse and had to chase them up to get the status and tracking number of my replacement

If u want to keep returning customers this needs to be sorted out and if u want to stop these bad reviews u need to stop providing pad customer experiences this could have been a very easy and stress free process to fix your mistake but u put all the work onto me and did next to nothing yourself to fix your error and failings

This company is a joy to deal with. Anything else is spoilers. Try them for yourselves.
