Ordered on January 20th, order shipped on the 26th and today
is February 2nd and this hasn't moved since the 26th in USPS
system. I emailed several times with no help from Isabel. I
called the number numerous times only to be told to leave an
email{why do that when they don't respond?}. I was told by
Isabel that USPS is experiencing delays. This is total BS!!!!! I
ordered 8 things from different companies and ALL came
through USPS with NO delays. My first and LAST time ordering
from this company. I have been going to Original Botanica from
the beginning but decided to place an order with this company
to give them a try as well. What a HUGE MISTAKE THAT WAS.
Everytime I place an order with Original Botanica, it's ships the
"SAME DAY" and it arrives the very next day!! I will be filing a
complaint with my bank to get my money back from this
company!!... I also seen where other people have been
complaining about the SAME thing so it can't be "just me"!.

Love the jewelry. Great customer service. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. I would recommend Magick.

Lovely but badly made

I have had several items from Magick.
Two rings and two necklaces
The necklaces are fine, and I love them.
The rings are adjustable and the silver bands so thin that they bend and eventually snap. Both mine broke within a year of purchase. I contacted them through messenger and was blocked. I put a review on Facebook and it was removed. I emailed them and got nowhere.

I purchased the product for Christmas gift to myself, however, it didn't arrive after 3 weeks from purchase. I waited for months until March came - my birth month - so I thought, if it comes, it could serve as a birthday gift to self. Indeed I received it in March (almost 4 months of waiting).

The product is so beautiful, I really like it. However, when I wore the necklace for the first time, a few hours later, the chain got broken. It was probably defective, not sure why. I reported my concern to their CS, received a response. They did not tell me what's the status of my claim for weeks so I thought ok, charge to experience. However, a month after I informed them about the defective necklace, I received a replacement. It was a surprise for me! Again, I really like the products both earrings & necklace for their beauty and elegance. I give 4 stars for the waiting period ( probably because I also live so far) but yeah, 4 months is a long wait while the replacement only took 1 month to arrive. It's the courier's fault maybe, not sure.

The ring is amazing. I thought its size would be bigger but it's appropriate. I love it. Just please be clear in telling the delivery date or how many days it would take.

Beautiful bracelet for my angels. Love your collection. A small suggestion if you can add the tracking details of the delivery service used to send the orders it will be helpful and can avoid confusions.

The customer support team is very helpful with updating my tracking code. My package was delivered successfully even though I thought it got lost.

Ok, due to covid situations deliveries worlwide take longer, it`s what it is right now, but none the less, i got my order in a fairly decent time frame, but the most important was.....i actually got what i ordered and in perfect condition

The customer support was always very helpful and friendly throughout the shipment process. I live in Serbia, Europe and the package was flawlessly delivered to me in the time frame which they informed me of. Quality of items is outstanding and it's the same as in the photos provided.
