The book itself is lovely and a great gift idea.

The book was over a week late from the estimated delivery date and my Godson’s birthday so I called the company. I would have appreciated and understood if I was proactively contacted and advised about the delays in production so I could mitigate things from my end, I was however offered a refund as well as the book (that arrived a further four days later). I appreciate the outcome however would rather have had the book as ordered and on time. The book itself is lovely and a great gift idea.
