Buyers beware, avoid them at all cost, ordered, paid, got an automated message sent to my email but never got anything delivered. Complete scam. Tried emailing them on multiple occasions but never received a response. Please do not order from them.

I like the convenience at how quickly I could design the poster and download it, however their customer service is non existent. Wrote them a message via their contact form. Haven’t heard back two weeks later. I think this website just exists and no one is monitoring it for years just collecting sales. Scary if you need a refund.

The site was easy to use, I got the digital sky map I wanted; there were also quite a few customization options.

I didn't get a jpg file for one of my orders. I emailed and didn't receive a response. Mother's Day was almost ruined

It was a great experience as I ordered it from Portugal and for a "day after gift", so the PDF was super quick to arrive at my inbox. And the making of the final product was super easy

Same as other reports - ordered, paid, got an automated order confirmation but nothing was ever shipped. Sent messages to their system, emailed support_at_magicalnightsky.com, and called the German phone number on their cancellation pollicy page - at first it rang and no one answered, then was put to a busy line.

They'll take your money and will not hear from them.

Last year I ordered a night sky framed but it was never sent, but payment was not rejected, there was no answer when I tried to contact by email. Really bad experience.

I made the mistake of making an order because their prices were lower than the competition. The product was never delivered, and they never responded to any email. I had to ask the bank for a refund.

The online process of creating the image was very easy. I received the download image quickly and was able to print it the same day.

Company wont answer to emails, i got mine star map reallz fast, ordered at 26.01.2024 and got it at 05.02.2024.! company will only send automatic emails- thats why i didnt get with things i wanted to change! So be really sure when you order what you want!

0 stars. Their claim of a quality fine art print is a lie. I am a graphic designer who specialises in printed products. This is a laser print, not archival, it has lines in the black ink. I sent a complaint and am still waiting for a response. Oh, how I wish I'd looked at these reviews before! I usually do. Ugh.

HORRIBLE experience!!! I ordered gift from them as anniversary gift for my boyfriend and guess what, even after two weeks (they said that delivery time is 2-4 days on their website) it didn't arrive, and their customer service didn't bother to respond to my messages at all (and I send three so far). I feel scammed and don't even try to order from this site anything!!!!
