I've always admired your bracelets...I have a special reason to buying 2...My sister is moving and thought it would be a great going away gift and a loving sister matching bracelets..I also bought myself one.

Quality and price of jewlery is wonderful.

Horrible! Do not buy! Purchased a bracelet, with the larger diamond. Took delivery July 25, it broke August 27. Just about 60 days. No abuse. No hard wear and tear. It just broke. Company has refused to honor the 2 year warranty or 90 day home look. Without even seeing the actual bracelet, they are saying it broke because of wear and tear. The ads say the jewelry will stand up to being in the water. The string the beads were on just broke and beads scattered everywhere because they aren’t knotted. I want to return for a refund. Deeply regret buying this online.

The one I have for myself needed a new string and I was able to send it in and get a new string. I will definitely be ordering more in the future. I would give them a zero of if I could . I ordered a family ring necklace and it was not the style I wanted . I wanted free flowing ring as shown on their website. It was attached and does not move . Also within a week it tarnished . The customer service refuses money back guarantee as advertised because it was engraved !!! They have offered store credit but now have quit communication with me .

I am very upset about how you have handled my order and am requesting to return it and get a full refund, including the expedited shipping that I purchased.

I placed the order on June 27. The website said it takes 5-7 business days to process. On July 8 I asked for an update. I got a very apologetic note from "Lea" (who is not a person) but that didn't change the fact that I NEEDED the necklace before leaving the country. I told Lea that the last possible delivery date was July 14. On July 9 I was told that your were "prioritizing my order." I asked to cancel the order and was told that was not possible because it was already in production.

On July 14 I got a message that "the order was on its way." That was totally unacceptable since we were leaving. Your page provided misleading information about timing. I never would have ordered had I realized that. And I added $13.90 for expedited shipping as an insurance policy. In fact, it arrived in regular priority mail. I don't know when it arrived because our mail was held for 2 weeks while we were away and we just returned.

I paid $128.95 for the necklace and $13.90 for useless expedited shipping. I am requesting a refund of $142.85. Please let me know how to proceed with the return.

I’m so happy with every purchase I made from a string bracelet to a baby charm throughout the years I can’t says how many beautiful pieces of jewelry I’ve bought I rated a five star cause I was never disappointed.

I have a metal allergy, so I don't wear a lot of jewelry. I found this little website that sold a single diamond on a string (string-of-love bracelets) and ordered one on a whim. I LOVED it. I could finally wear jewelry that didn't irritate or scar my skin. Eleven string-of-love bracelets (In various colors and styles) and 2 gemstone bracelets later, they are still the only jewelry that I wear. I have even bought a matching birthstone bracelet for my eldest sister in the five or six years since I first discovered them.

Their customer service is amazing! I have had to get two or three bracelets repaired. One of which broke as the thread frayed, and I know at least one other that I wanted a different color string for. They are always responsive and willing to help however they can. I love this company and their incredibly meaningful line of jewelry.

I have received great customer service - I gave my niece a bracelet and it needed repair. Prompt service and really very helpful. I wear several all the time and I always get compliments!!

Easy to order and timely delivery. It was a gorgeous gift for my daughter. Really great value and quality.

I have bought the constellation necklace twice and it’s just not very sturdy. The last one just broke in half on one of the constellations without any reason. The prior one got pulled on so that made more sense. I know they updated their warranty to cover that kind of thing but both were before the updates.
