Worse auction in the north of England. Cars with multiple faults doggy inspection reports. auctioneers run bids up of the walls chairs tables anyway they can fool you the same cars come back in week after it's like a merry go around some weeks.
Absolutely joke place the office staff rude some clueless give wrong keys documents. Nick the manager has his favourite traders who he bends rules for, anyone esle can sod off with no help if anything happens after the sale.
They even have the cheek to charge £3 for a catalogue.
The place is Full of foreigners eating greasy chip butties. basically they will give any idiot an account who walks through the door. Over the last year I have seen good traders dissappear.
I have lost thousands in garage repairs as they have not been honest in there inspection reports. Yard staff treated badly so what chance do we traders have.
Stick with other auctions much better and transparent and good for your business.

Do not use this company. They are sooooooo corrupt. They take fake bids from people not present (shill bidding) to get close to the reserve price, falsely advertise vehicles with issues to downgrade the seriousness, remove bids and vehicles from sale AFTER a winning bid has been placed and deemed ‘on sale’ in a live auction if the vehicle didn’t sell for what they expected.

When presented with evidence, they are so unprofessional, disingenuous and resor to calling you a ‘bulls****er’. Great customer service….not!!!!
