Signing in is a nightmare. Verification code is sent to your phone but often takes more than 6 hours to arrive... by which time the login that's under way is terminated.
They say this bank is closing, and I'm not surprised. Meanwhile I still need to get into the account to transfer money and close the account.
They say it's not linked to The french post office bank... yet shares their logo😏 Avoid!

Jusqu’à ma conversation d’aujourd’hui avec l’un de vos agents du service client, j’aurais recommandé vos services à tout le monde. Cependant, en raison de l'attitude et de l'impolitesse de l'homme avec qui j'ai parlé dans votre service client aujourd'hui à 10h30, mon opinion sur Ma French Bank a complètement changé. ironiquement, j'ai contacté votre service client car j'étais en train d'ouvrir un compte chez vous pour ma fille de 12 ans. Potentiellement, elle aurait pu être une de vos clientes à vie, mais elle a entendu ma conversation avec votre représentant et son attitude grossière. Sa réponse a été qu'elle voulait ouvrir son premier compte bancaire auprès d'une autre banque parce qu'elle n'aimait pas le ton de votre représentant. avec moi et moi non plus.

I've been been a happy customer of La Poste Ma French Bank for about 3 years. Until my conversation today with one of your customer service agents, I would have recommended your services to anyone and everyone. However, due to the attitude and rudeness of the man I spoke to in your customer service department today at 10h30, my opinion of Ma French Bank has completely changed. ironically, I contacted your customer service department because I was in the process of opening an account with yourselves for my 12 year old daughter. Potentially she could have been a life long customer of yours, but she overheard my conversation with your representative and his rude manner, her response was that she wanted to open her first bank account with a different bank because she didn't like your representatives tone with me and neither did I.

I find that my French bank is an exceptional account. we can all do
it just lacks an overdraft which could be in rivalry with other banks 🏦 like agricultural credit, savings bank. having my account at hand is the best account.

I opened a bank account with my French Bank last week I got sent a link to add my iban number i transfered €50 as requested but the money was refunded to me the day after, when I called them i was told money from British bank account isn’t accepted what a joke ! this is when you realise the French system is beyond itself.

French banks are terrible. Even then ma French bank manage to stand out as more terrible than the others. Incapable of doing a bank transfer and then when an automatic payment is supposed to come out there are insufficient funds. Their fault but they will then charge €16 for failing to have funds available. Go to any other bank - better still use Wise or Revolut and avoid terrible French banks entirely. An update, if you contact them through Twitter, they respond but are still just as incompetent - taking over 2 hours of chat to NOT fix something that an idiot could rectify. The point stands that they are completely useless

Last time I visit ur bank and was very happy with customers! Everybody was friendly and helped me a lot to solve my problem! I appreciate it!!

If I could give one star I would. do not use this company. Noone is every free to speak on the phone & the communications via the chat is robot. They let you know set it up easy but when there is problems, there not able to help.
