This is the best thing I have bought for meals! They are quick, easy and soooo yummy! Trust the process and follow the recipe on the packaging. Just wow! Like a takeaway but even better as I know exactly what is going into it! Wow! Can wait for my next order to arrive!

We recently received a whole range of recipe sachets and tried the Thai Green Curry rated 2/5 for spice. It was so much hotter than expected and had no depth of flavour - just very peppery.
Would not recommend this recipe.
We are going to try the Massaman mix next but if this fails to impress, the rest are going in the bin

Tried the yellow and red curry pastes. Both were very poor quality. They were hot which is fair enough but they had a cloying chemical taste and were both probably the poorest examples of a Thai curry paste I’ve used. They’ve got a strong commercial presence but there are much better out there.

Was a bit sceptical at first ordering BUT it's so much superia than supermarket brands I got the 6 mixed and have used 2 both were absolutely supperb yes you need the fish sauce and brown sugar it lifts it so much to restaurant quality, I tried on with salmon, brilliant will defo buy again, ime not one for reviews but the paste deserves one

Service and packaging was excellent.
However these pastes are incredibly hot, I tried the yellow curry paste, the mildest of the three curry pastes in the Starter Pack. The recipe was for eight so I halved the paste and cooked for four, we had to add banana, sultanas and lashing of yoghurt to cool the dish down.
I then halved the remaining paste again and cooked enough for four again with a quarter of the paste. Even that was way too hot.
We eat a lot of spiced foods including Thai and Indian but were not prepared for the spicy heat. Tread very carefully!

Ordered the variety pack and only tried 2 of them up to yet. The jungle curry paste is very spicy as advertised but has a beautiful flavour too. The panang was delicious. Really looking forward to trying the rest now.

I received my sauces today and immediately set about cooking the Thai yellow curry. It very simple to use following the instructions. I added chicken and then courgettes, sliced carrots, green beans and green peppers. I really enjoyed the taste of this sauce and am looking forward to trying the others. Yes so far, I would recommend.

Just received my taster bundle today, my husband picked the Thai Green curry…..wow it was delicious, can hardly wait to try the rest although the jungle curry frightens me a tad 😂😂

I just received my jungle curry paste this morning I've cooked it already 😋 it's fantastic I'm a curry freak and this does the business was delivered really quickly and I found this company can be trusted I've got some pad Thai for my son he's been to Thailand and will love this 😀

I don’t actually know where to start!!! If you love to cook, love to eat, and rarely get any takeaway food that doesn’t totally disappoint.... this is the answer to your prayers!
In all the years I’ve spent making my own pastes, trying every shop bought/ farm shop offering & buying the occasional takeaway, I’ve never had a Thai red curry like the one I had tonight!! This is an absolutely exceptional paste. 100% recommend adding the shrimp paste, which adds the most incredible depth & that totally authentic Thai taste. Mae Jum, you are an absolute genius. The delivery was so fast, and I’m so glad I found you! Merry Christmas xxxx

Our original introduction to the products was a sampler present from our daughter, sent to to us and her brother. We all agree that we would absolutely recommend the product. Customer service is second to none, product is excellent, suggested recipes are easy to follow and quick to cook and the results are so incredible. You must try this and you will be convinced of the quality and taste.

Best curry pastes on the market! I feel like we have struck culinary gold! The rich spices in Mae Jum's incredible Thai curry pastes are just full of well balanced flavour. You can tell they use fresh and high quality ingredients. You can smell it wafting into the air as soon as you start cooking with them. Your curries will seriously impress friends and family - we just keep using them. I wouldn't be without them now I've discovered them!

Tried the green curry with chicken and was really good.. The instructions on the packet make it all so easy to cook ... I have tried several other curry pastes but Mae Jim hits tbe spot ...
