Tried to place an order, wouldn’t take my Apple Pay so tried credit card, wouldn’t move on past the payment stage. Shame!!

I'm sorry you had an issue with your payment we have not been aware of any issues with our payment provider.
If you had contacted us we could have rectified this by sending a payment link. Sorry it did not work out on this occasion.

Ordered two pairs of trousers online both showing in stock.
Took the full amount out of my account then get a message saying we only have one of the items the other is out of stock.
Asked if they could change the out of stock item for the same in different colour but informed they are all out of stock in every colour.
Also said next day delivery and sent Royal Mail 48.
Just annoyed they took full funds from my account for items showing in stock that they don’t have.
Awaiting to see if and how long it takes for refund goes through as really need the item quickly but need money back before I can order elsewhere.

We understand your frustration, unfortunately stock can go missing or have been miss sold within the shop, this does not happen often but is frustrating for both parties.
Firstly a refund was issued immediately and will hopefully be with you now or at the longest a couple of days this length of time is out of our hands.
With regards to having further stock these are an item we have stocked for some time and sadly did not have anymore in your size and were unable to order more in.
Regarding the postage this was my human error I did not pick up when I altered your order that it had dropped under the amount for free next day delivery so the system changed it. I should have noticed and for that I apologise.
We always try to keep our customers happy and hope this explains it a little better for you.

I’ve purchased several items from this firm and I find it is one of the best - from a very informative and easy to use website, to be kept up-to-date about delivery and the speed of delivery. I will definitely be ordering off them again
