Fantastic company
Fantastic company to deal with. Unfortunately my boots failed just outside of their 1 yr warranty due to a manufacturer error. However, Stu at MadAboutMountains was amazingly helpful and offered to receive them and liaise with the manufacturer. He managed to offer me either a replacement or full refund. Thanks again, it’s great to have a store which really looks after it’s customers! Will buy from them again

Great customer service
Ordered a pair of hard to find Rab trousers.
Royal Mail managed to lose (or worse) the trousers and delivered an open parcel.
Stu was nothing but helpful even going so far as looking to source another pair (I had ordered the last in stock).
Would recommend and will buy from them again.

Fine, maybe add duty costs as extra notice
Not too bad, good service but much longer delivery than estimated. three stars because I think it would be nice to add a notice for duty costs at the end (or somewhere). I know it’s the customer’s responsibility, however sometimes it’s included in the price with other shops and explicitly mentioned. I forgot about brexit a bit. Would be a nice add on. So therefore 3 instead of 4 stars. Sadly won’t be ordering here due to the extra costs (40 eur on 140..)

Value Added Tax (VAT 20%) applies when you buy from websites in the UK. Since the UK is no longer in the EU additional import charges will apply in some destination countries
‘Delivery times for Europe are not guaranteed but are usually 3 – 5 Working days and other worldwide destinations 5-7 Working days.’
‘For international orders it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duties or customs charges applicable in the destination country and enquiries should be made with the relevant authority about such charges before ordering.’
