gorgeous meals and fab service. I couldn't collect them as my daughter was Ill so they delivered them to me instead no problem. would recommend and will be using regular as I like the fact I can choose what I want in them rather than it be a set meal. thanks

The meals are fantastic and in the 4 weeks I have been eating them,
the results speak for themselves, losing 7% body fat. The service from staff is outstanding.

I ordered these for the first time as I struggle to prep meals in advance. All the meals are lovely, fresh and tasty. I have now ordered my second batch as they keep me on track.

Standard of food is amazing. , and great customer service from the team in the diner and also on social media answering any questions I had. Made you feel welcome when collecting god and not uncomfortable as a new person to the diner .

The meals are delicious and the choices are brilliant, I have lost 2 Stone so far by eating the Overnight Oats, and 3 Maintenance meals per day, I'm never hungry because my body is getting all the nutrients it needs from the meals
