This is the 3rd time using Macks and they've always been very helpful. This time Rebecca was fantastic in helping us purchase our house, she foreseen any issues that could arise and addressed them before they could be become an issue. She kept us informed every step of the way and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this firm. Communication was consistently poor, and my emails frequently went unanswered. When I raised a formal complaint about the lack of responsiveness, the firm dropped my case just one week before my final court hearing. They appear to be significantly understaffed and lacked the professional responsibility required to manage my matter effectively. I would not recommend their services.
