Terrible attitude once you have bought and paid for the goods

Purchased a loop system in November from M2Cshop, at a cost of £99.99 to enable my wife to listen to the TV without having the volume at an unreasonable level. It has now developed a problem and can only be used for one and a half to two hours before the sound become scratchy and difficult to decipher. I purchased the item through Amazon but contacted the seller who told me to contact the manufacturer, Amplicomms but received no reply, went back to M2Cshop who said that Amplicomms do not answer emails only telephone calls to a number not on my contract. I had a previous problem with this machine and was told by M2Cshop to contact Amplicomms who referred me back to M2Cshop. I will get a refund from Amazon but think that they should stop this type of Company doing business through their website. I will look at Trustpilot before buying from a Company on the internet in future

Gone to the wall?

Ordered an item on 23 March quoted 'in stock' - paid by plastic. Nothing arrived so called them on April 8th and was told 'In stock, will be with you in 2 days.' Three days later received email from them saying ' Delivery has been delayed until 10 May - tell us if you want to cancel.'
I emailled back saying 'Cancel and Refund'. I have had no response to this and cannot reach them by telephone.
If my fears are well-founded this is the second internet sales company to go bust this week owing me goods/money - the other was Shopeezee.
April 15 ...
I have now received two non sequitur emails, following my latest chaser asking for a response to my cancellation email. One said "we have cancelled and refunded to your credit card", the other said "We are sorry to inform you that we have had to decline your order, this could be for a number of reasons..." and goes on to explain these include the item: 1, not being available (!) and the other, 2, was double Dutch and, even if one could decipher it, not relevant .
If they have credited my card - which I shall know next month when the account comes through the post - it means they must have kept all my card details on file. Not good.

Terrible service!

I would never use this company again. I ordered a phone for a Xmas present - it failed after a month of usage so I returned it. I waited 3 weeks for a reply, and only got one when I prompted the company. They offered an inferior replacement as the phone I bought was already obsolete. I would expect if the same phone is unavailable then a better one should be offered. I refused this 'offer' and have had to wait for days to be credited back. I was not reimbursed for the original postage or the cost to courier the faulty phone back to them. My main complaint about this company is the little or no communication, this is not the way to run a successful retailing company!

Cheapest price I've found,Excellent service, very professional.

I would definately go back to them. Item as listed, company very trustworthy. I ordered from Greece so it took a couple of weeks to receive but at the end of the day, whoever demands next day delivery no matter what and no matter where, has to reconsider going shopping round the corner of where they live.
