Having checked our records, we've not been notified that delivery has been made to the incorrect address on your previous orders - please do inform us of this if it happens so we have the opportunity to intervene. To my knowledge, you've not advised us of damaged products. We take this very seriously and would have like to have been made aware of this. We usually use Hermes for our deliveries as they are set up well for domestic deliveries, however if you ask us to when placing your next order, we can use an alternative. Bike cleaner
Superb bike cleanercleaner. You don’t need to use much either. Podium #2 and #3 also great for protecting the bike and I also use them on my helmet and boots too highly recommend.

Superb products
Superb products and the 3 stage podium kit is all you need to clean and protect bike and your gear, saving you money in the long run. The bike cleaner is excellent and you don’t need much either. Highly recommend these products.

M16 Extreme bike cleaner
As has been mentioned, saw recommendation in Ride Magazine and decided to buy. Ordering was a doddle and delivery was very quick.
Haven’t used the product as yet, but if as good as the recommendation then would have no hesitation in ordering again from M16.

Great product for cleaning my m/c
Great product for cleaning my m/c. I use all three stages. I particularly like the fact that it is easy to apply and leaves no residue like some other products I've tried. Even better is the vfm.

M16 Works, I have used it over a couple of years and its as good as any other on the market. Only let down is the spray bottles. Or the spray part to be more precise. They are crap all of mine have packed up actually spraying. The trigger does not return out and you have to pull them back into position. For the price not really good enough. But the product really does work.

We did a lot of research on triggers as we know how instrumental they are to using the product and we've not experienced any issues. I am going to send you a set of replacement triggers and hope this this solves your problem.
