The most dogshit quality clothing and stickers. Wasted my money.

I placed a gift card order over a month ago, and they still haven't processed it. They don't respond to emails, and then they cancel my order but don't refund my money. Be very careful with this site. I'm already speaking with the relevant authorities to resolve this problem.

Ordered a month ago, it’s still not been shipped, reached out via email and Instagram only to be ignored.
Why accept orders if you’re not going to process them?

I have no other choice but to contact my bank and get my money back

Just watched a video of either an owner or employee harrassing a male standing on the public sidewalk taking pictures. He was extremely rude and had no business confronting the man. His foolish actions made the internet and have been seen across the world now. Really need to do better in the age of cameras and the internet.

I love this company! I ordered a hoodie off of their website and it came in days. It was fast and reliable shipping that was easy to track and the material of the hoodie is amazing. It’s very comfortable to wear.

Great quality stuff, haven't had 1 problem

The clothing is very high quality, international shipping definately took its time however they make it well known during giveaway times that its going to be slow. So NZ shipping took about 2-3 months for my 2 different orders during giveaways but overall i was happy with my service.

Ordered two orders.

One on the 12th of december and one on the 22nd.

The order on the 22nd showed up and the one on the 12th still hasnt been ship.

Now one month later (Jan. 12th). The order is still not shipped.

After multiple emails i always get the same BS response. "sorry we are busy, you order will be shipped ASAP".

I asked for them to cancel the order and they wont (because its during giveaway period).

Had to do a chargeback through my bank.....

1 star for poor service and customer service.

No matter how much i am a fan of LZ, i am never buying his merch again....

There was a problem with my address and they changed it for me with no problem and had amazing manners.

I ordered a xmas gift november 2020, it's february 2021 and still haven't received it. Worst service and even worse customer service.

Ordered a sweater on October 23rd when they said it was IN stock its now December 22nd 2020, i still have not got it in the mail. Terrible shipping, no matter how "good" the quality is supposed to be does not make up for the wait time for something thats supposed to be in stock.

If I could give it no stars I would! orderd nov 11th, "shipped" dec10 to something called aftership.. uses said it was waiting for it so I emailed aftership they said contact usps. contacted usps they can't track it. this is a Christmas present!! 1 month to "make" and "ship" and now this crap?!? won't ever order from them again no matter how much my son begs!!

Im 19 days out of even receiving a tracking number and their only response is " our suppliers are help up" when ordered clearly stated " in stock". This was a bundle gift for my son. If you don't have things in stock dont say you do, " false advertising in my book".

Update: Ordered twice recently (April 2021) and came with a week or so, seems far better than before

5 weeks passed, order not shipped but apparently in stock?!

Tried to deny a cancellation for the order as I didn’t want to wait any longer

Great quality clothing. Shipping was a little slow put I ordered during a giveaway, so its to be expected. They were very responsive when I asked for an update, great customer service!

Great quality t-shirts and merchandise. Came pretty quick too keeping in mind the products come from america.

Very pleased, will surely buy again
