Out of pocket

I purchased an outdoor lamp with motion sensor. It took longer than expected to arrive and when it did it didn't work properly. Customer services sent me a returns form that I used and that's the last I heard from them. They don't answer my emails and the phone number on their website redirects to a number that cuts you off. Its been over a month and they have my money while I have nothing to show for it. I regret using this company.

** DO NOT USE LYON LIGHTING **

Clearly a con - nearing the long lead time on my delivery I received an email to apologise, that this the lead time has been extending but I could have extra product to compensate. That is that last I heard from them - of course the bulbs never arrived, they did not reply to emails, and their phone number was not recognised. Thankfully I used PayPal and I managed to get my money back.

Stay away!!!

Biggest bunch of cowboys going! Took our money and never delivered our order. Tried countless times to contact by phone and email but never replied back! Fortunately for us we paid using PayPal so had to open a dispute and they recovered our money for us!
Don't use this company as you will be sorely disappointed!

Dreadful experience

My order arrived smashed to powder and I cannot get in touch with the company. They do not answer the 'phone, it goes straight to answering machine. The emails I sent were returned 'unable to deliver'. I contacted my credit card company to complain and get a refund.

Do not trust this company!

Purchase made, incorrect item sent. Returned for exchange. Receipt of return acknowledged by Lyon but no replacement issued. Despite numerous emails and requests for refund I have not heard anything further from Lyon. Will be processing a complaint through Paypal.

Should have been so good but.....

You order an item and expect it to be in stock if the website states it is. Lyon did not have stock and credit to them they let me know, but after a number of weeks I still have not received my switch from them and no message to tell me when I will receive it.
To be honest I feel I have been the victim of a con.
So weeks further on, I cannot complete my two minute job.
I would advise people to look elsewhere, they tried hard at the start but failed to deliver on the good start and I'm still waiting.

Terrible service

Ordered some lights which never turned up. On 3 seperate occasions roughly each a week apart i was told they had bèen posted out. Then recieved a mail saying they have not yet posted them and they do not have them in stock. It would be take another 2 weeks. Why they weren't honest with me in the first place i dont know but made for a very unpleasant experience. Ive given 1 star as the refund was pretty quick. Lucky i paid via paypal.

Wouldnt use these lot ever again...!

Failed to honour my order

Ordered a light 24/9/16 and never received it. They haven't returned any of my calls or emails and their customer service line is now dead.

What annoys me is that on their web-site they claimed to have fulfilled my order. This is a lie.

My order still hasn't arrived!

I made my order at the end of September and it still hasn't arrived. Received an email to say it would be delayed until 14th October as out of stock but nothing came. It is now 8th November and nothing!

Phone number doesn't work and no reply to my emails. Terrible! Looking on Google seems I'm not the only one who has had this experience.

Paid but no goods received

This company must be fraudulent. After paying for goods I received an email from William Chisholme, MD, telling me that my delivery had been delayed. After chasing this order several times by email and receiving no reply I then attempt to phone the company but there is no response from any given numbers. I am now claiming back my monies spent after receiving no goods and no response from the Company. DO NOT USE.

Don't go near them

They have taken money out of my account. they now refuse to reply to my emails. I have no product.Their phone number is invalid. They seem to be con artists

Terrible

Lights have not arrived after 8 weeks, trying to get refund from credit card. Lyon do not reply to emails phone calls are diverted to a call centre and not returned. Do not buy from this company.

Rubbish service won't use again

Paid for 3 day post which was refunded complained after a week had gone past but then took another 7 days to come, was unhappy with the product but after the experience of trying to get hold of someone before I even got the product couldn't be bothered with them anymore.

Order not received, no refund received, no communication received!

Ordered 10 x MR16 Lamp Holders on the internet. Order never arrived. After advising the company that the items had not arrived they asked I wait a few more days in case of postal delay. Weeks passed and following further emails from myself the company has not responded, and no refund or re-delivery has been forthcoming. I am at present attempting to get a refund - luckily I paid by PayPal. Not a massive value order I know but my customer service experience has been poor.

So bad they have been suspended by eBay

Can't tell you how bad this company are. I have spent hours and hours emailing them, eBay, PayPal and my bank in a fruitless effort to resolve. The goods I oredered were many weeks late and when they arrived they were wrong and damaged!!!

Are you kidding me!

I received 2 emails saying my item was delayed for over a month, emailed the company twice and got ne response. Awaiting request from PayPal for a refund and now I receive an invitation to share my review! Never in a million years could I recommend this company.
