A TRUELY WONDERFUL DAY

I just wanted to say …….What a “SUPER “day we had yesterday with Lynn’s Travel taking us to London
to see PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
From start to finish …the guys who took us were just amazing 👏👏 !…..the banter between them was just SO FUNNY 😂🤣….they certainly made us all laugh …such a fun day ……& the knowledge Graham knew about LONDON ! He Was so just so interesting 😵‍💫……all through the city ……and his driving !!……just FANTASTIC!,
So ……a. VERY BIG “THANK YOU”…. to you both .

Left an 84 and 87 year old stranded.

This company did not have any policies in place to:
Ensure their emergency contact number was highlighted to customers leaving the coach in case of an emergency.
Obtain contact information for their customers next of kin in case of an emergency.
Leaving an 84 and 87 year old stranded in Newbury, over 100 miles from their home, when the coach driver changed the return time by an hour (and then denied he had done so even though others on the coach confirmed that he did) and then did not wait to ensure all were on board even though he knew he had changed the time and people were missing, is NOT acceptable.
The owners have not even offered an apology, instead have chosen to justify the situation including an aggressive denial and an intimidating phone call to the passengers in question.
Highly suggest and alternative e.g. Woods Travel
