I called customer service to ensure my auto renewal was active after I recieved a text message saying my payment method didn’t process. I used my payment method on file to load credits into my balance for 20 euros just in case for the auto renewal it still did not use it and cancelled my subscription causing me a major inconvenience while traveling.

We had an issue with the E-Sim and Kavya supported effectively how to replace the e-sim. Then she pro-actively, professionally and customer friendly communicated to guide us how to get the credits back which were on the previous e-sim. I recommend using lycamobile France!
