The previous delivery guys from LWC we had just dumped the drinks and left, but Kilno and his partner took extra time and care. They were polite and great young men. 5 star service from them. I hope to only ever have Kilno and his partner deliver our drinks in the future!

Used LWC for nearly a decade from Stoke depot. The team are lovely and helpful, deliveries always correct and often have free stock deals! Delivery drivers ring before so I know when to expect them. Easy to use website for ordering and Sam Elliot our account manager is brilliant. Would recommend! ⭐️

Positive One, This one!
I’m not sure if we have just been looked after better than other reviewers here but LWC has really been serving us well (though I might be giving the kiss of death, who knows) at the Dun Cow. Lynn and the Northampton team have not let us down and any delay in delivery wasn’t their fault! Lynn has been great, they’ve helped us with our unique product. They are communicative when they need to be and whilst we have found better pricing for certain things elsewhere we have found them reliable and if I have to sacrifice a few quid (and save petrol) for reliable delivery then many times I say ‘why not’. Cheers Lynn and the Northampton team. Here’s a happy review for you!

Terrible company.
As with most wholesalers they seem lovely when they want your business and then are anything but.
Whenever they make a mistake like delivering beer 4 months out of date you are always told you are wrong.

yeah... we didn't get the retro we were promised and also got told that the deal we were offered never existed - I've obviously made it all up and I'm lying about it - for the sake of £1500!!??!!
if you sign up, get any deal signed off (maybe in blood!) and get a hard copy and a digital copy because these guys wiggle out of retro/listing payments all the time from what I'm hearing.
we're only a small £20k p.a. account so maybe they just don't want the smaller independent customers anymore, who knows....
BEWARE OF LWC WINES - Terrible experience 😦
We ordered a substantial amount of wine from LWC WINES bring very specific about the vintage. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong vintage saying they didn’t notice what we had requested 🤔 but to try it anyway as it would probably be okay. It was tannic, undeveloped and definitely not drinking hence our reason for requesting the specific vintage. !! We requested a refund and were told we couldn’t have a refund until they had collected the wine and it was checked (although we had to pay up front before receiving the wine). The wine was collected a few days later and credit control would be in touch within the next few days. We had to do a lot of chasing up with phone calls and emails just to get our money back when it was their fault in the first place ! (There was no question of reimbursing us for the horrid bottle that we had to taste.) We were then told head office must approve the refund. Days later we finally received half the refund and were told we would get the balance a day later. This didn’t happen. Another phone call to chase them. We then received the balance which was wrong so had to call again. Finally someone pulled their finger out and called to give us a credit card refund for the balance on 23rd May more than a month later of ordering the wine). What a way to treat new customers. We now hope to find a reputable wine supplier.

Disappointing Service
Disappointing service from this company. Opening hours are not related to the industry. Customer Service is abysmal, and their delivery drivers rule the roost and do whatever they want. AVOID.

AVOID at all costs
Well I’ve had to edit this review after 2 years because the company have decided I was defamatory against them, never mind what I’ve put is true! Well what can I say, this company does not care about its staff or customers! They sacked their transport manager, over the phone a week before Christmas because he was off for a week with a suspected heart attack when collapsing at work due to the stress. No care at all towards the well-being of their employee. Then withheld pay until he returns his work uniform, despite the fact he is not allowed to drive…. Seriously?
I would avoid using this company at all costs if they treat staff like this, imagine how they treat customers! They buy their stock from a well known supermarket and add their charges! so you’d be better off shopping there yourself and saving some money! #Boycott

I honestly feel let down by these guys, all nice and pleasant at the begining, offer you financial support at the begining of the contract, then have no communication with you despite emails, calls and texts, Then send you an invoice for not meeting the minimum order, They are not there to support the industry .... AVOID.
our best supplier
Without question the best supplier we deal with, we've been with them for wines, beers and spirits for 12 months and never had any kind of major issue.
Stock levels are good and back orders are dealt with quickly. We've got a choice of pay by card on order or cash on delivery which is really helpful.
The account managers are always quick to respond to questions or queries and make regular site visits to check on us and see if we need anything from them (Debbie, Marc and Dan) The support they've given us with promotional materials (wine lists, tent card, glassware and café barriers for outside) has been amazing.
The drivers are always pleasant and happy to help...no need to ask for items to be put away or empties collected its all part of the job for them.
A genuine pleasure to deal with these guys and a huge "thank you" to everyone involved with our account
I have no idea where the guys who have had issues are located but the Leyland depot is great to deal with.
Hopelessly useless
Hopelessly useless. Can't set up an account becuase no one monitors or replies to emails. Feels like I dodged a bullet dealing with these people.

We've been using LWC at The Black Door in Scunthorpe for close to a year now and we've never, ever had an issue with them. Stock might have been missed and soon but they always know about it and deal with it either credit or replaced on the next order. The delivery drivers are outstanding, take away empties and even give us advice on how to run our bar :D honestly they are great.
Credit control (Julie specifically in Leeds) is honestly top banana. Whenever we call or e-mail about anything they are on it so the culture there must be great.
Don't think I'd bother looking for other suppliers.
Very hit and miss
Very hit and miss, really feel sorry for the overworked delivery drivers.
I run a bar, when I have to order from LWC (if other suppliers do not have the products we need), delivery can be at 9am or 5pm, sometimes 6pm on a busy early Friday evening, no consistancy so need to pay staff to be present...
Stock availability is limited at times, this is expected with the supply chain crisis,
I had to contact a rep from one of Breweries we use as to why they where charging us £20 a keg more than our other suppliers, he explained they pay the same price as the others and was annoyed too, as it was putting their beer out of the price range customers are willing to pay.
Inconsiderate.
Like to leave their van parked in a residential area preventing people from parking outside their homes
