Haven, was the hair stylist that reached out to me and she did a great job in helping me pinpoint the right color for my balayage highlighted hair.

Customer service was a 10/10 very accomdating with any questions/concerns will be recommending.

I’ve been seeing this pop-up on my page and decided to check it out. I love the option of being able to text a stylist and was paired with Haven. She was very helpful and extremely efficient with helping me choose the right color and length of my hair.

I spent hours searching for the best human hair extensions and just placed an order with Luxy Hair because they came in #1 above all!! I will post a review on the quality when it arrives within one week...but I have to say that their customer service specialist, Kerry, was so great and helpful and made my experience a very positive one!!! I'm always grateful for positive customer support these days!!

My hair came in today! Wow, that was fast! I love them so much. The hair feels finer much like my own hair. Whereas one of the complaints I have had with my unnamed permanent hair extensions is that the hair didn't match my texture. It's much coarser and over time as they age it becomes even more apparent. I'm so excited for these clips ins. Thank you again. I just had to share my excitement upon opening. The balayage color is a perfect match and gorgeous! My Luxy consultant was knowledgeable, very responsive and communicative and was spot on with her recommendation! I can already see that they even move like my own hair and not in a clump the way the unnamed permanent hair extensions do. I'm a big fan already!

Came with unadjustable wire, not an assortment per video. The sample color worked!! The shipping 3 days👍 the hair is real👍 the color is not deminsonal blonde at all. It is auburn, I brought it to my Salon. They noted it may have been processed with products, used etc and agreed it was auburn!! Sent 3 messages to the company still waiting to hear if I can return this $300 piece of crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a problem with my recent order, went on Facebook and explained what happened, when I went to reorder, everything was corrected immediately…I have been ordering from Luxy for a few years and will continue to do so in the near future…

I am truly impressed with the quality of the Customer service Luxy provides. I have to do some returns and they are so flexible and answer all my emails and instantly correct any little mishaps that happen I need my extension shipped by a certain day and they made it happen. They go above and beyond for their customers, which is where to find these days. The quality of their extension is unmatched. I have a previous set of extensions that I’ve had for over a year and they are still amazing condition. If you’re on the fence about the quality of the extensions don’t be. I’m a hair stylist and I work with many different brands of extensions. This is definitely top-tier. A lot of my coworkers also use it as well.

I have used Luxy hair extensions for a long time. My first pair was before they even had the seamless ones. loved those but wanted to try the seamless version. I finally got a set of the seamless ones last year and absolutely loved them, so i just bought two more sets. They match my hair perfectly and I get multiple compliments every time I wear them ( which is pretty much daily), dont worry luxy I dont gatekeep ive sent the link to your site to many fellow hair queens! Shipping is insanely fast and customer service is best in the industry! Love you luxy💓 anyone thinking about getting luxies can feel one hundred percent confident they are getting superb quality, supporting a great company and will love their purchase! Also side note i still have my first set I recently accidentally threw one of the wefts in with some towels in the wash I had it on the sanitize setting they were in there for a good five minutes before I realized my mistake when.i took the left out I was sure it would be done for it was one giant impossible knot but NOPE my luxies were not done I deep conditioned the heck out of it and very slowly worked the knot apart and you can hardly tell!! That weft is still is wearable and looks great, like didnt even lose a bunch of strands. Anyhow I love luxies and will gladly purchase from this company time and again and happily recommend them!
