The worst extensions I’ve ever had they get matted so easily and no matter what products you use on them they get tangled so fast. Everyone knows you’re wearing extensions when you have these on plus they’re so hard to color don’t buy.

I ordered one item got two and now I have to pay for it shipped ??
I ordered one item. I received it and I also received another item addressed to me. I was confused so I opened it. I noticed they were extensions and I looked for a slip and I found it. The name on the slip was not mine but the bag it came in was under my name. I reached out to their customer service team and Trish was not helpful and was rude. I now have to pay for printing a label and taking time out of my day to return a package. I’m so upset with this company since I got a sample to first test out the color. I really wanted to buy if it was a match so I could use the extension for my wedding. Since they are one of the few companies that carry dark grey extensions. I don’t find it fair how now I am stuck with their bad business practice and they can’t even send a packaging slip yet I have to “figure it out and print it”. They offered me $30 coupon for my next purchase and when I told them my concern about how I am now afraid of buying since this happened before i purchased any full extensions. It’s crazy that I have to go out of my way to do all that for a return for something that was delivered to me and even addressed to me. All for a coupon of $30 dollars and then also when I told her about having to pay to print out the label she very rudely said I can happily do $20. Like what????

HORRIBLE QUALITY. Save your $
Horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Hair clumps and knotts together 1 hour after wearing. I wish I could attach pictures to this review...
I have invested so much money into my halo extensions and they are garbage. When I reached out to the company explaining how I care for them, all the products I use all they suggested was to wash them less. I have washed them twice and the reason for the washes was because they were so matted i couldn't brush them.
They offered me a $40 credit or $60 off a new set and since then, I have not heard back from them. These extensions are hundreds of dollars, the offer amount is actually insulting.
Over all... horrible quality, horrible customer service and horrible experience.

Luxy’s Customer Service Team is top notch! Especially the Expert/Colorist, Haven! I am a Hairdresser. My Client was going to an annual fund raiser and wanted to wear a faux ponytail. I would have to color the ponytail to match her hair. I researched and Luxy checked all my boxes. Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong color. I contacted Luxy, explained the situation and their team was more than happy to do what they could to help. I got the ponytail in the color I needed in time to color and style it for my Client’s Gala. She was thrilled and got several compliments. I had taken off my permanent wefts out few months ago, and needed something simple & easy to put in for special events. I reached out to LuxyHair’s team and Haven responded back with suggestions. It appeared halo would be the best fit given what I’m looking for (effortless, seamless, length, volume) I wasn’t sure which shade would be a good color match, since my hair has highlights, balayage, etc. Haven sent me a few sample swatches, and helped me pick the right halo. She sent me countless texts to help with this process, I was constantly reassured and assisted by her & entire LuxyHair team. Haven was patient and helpful. Just put the halo extension in- 20 inch bronde balayage.
It’s stunning. I’m never buying any other extension ever again. Where was this all my life; so happy with this. Thank you Haven, thank you LuxyHair team for everything. You made my year!! Will be a customer for life. If anyone is on the fence about buying their hair, do it!! I’ve spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on permanent extensions, every hair tool and product under the sun, this is the first time it’s been a TRUE MATCH. The hair is REAL human hair, it doesn’t look doll or Barbie like. Best purchase ever 🩷
