Please don’t use this company if you’re not in their area. I payed £28 for shipping to Scotland and my item never arrived within the 3-5 days. I was constantly getting excuses. I had been trying to get a refund from the 22nd of august and I just got it on Monday 15 September and that was after contacting consumer advice. I hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t want anyone to go through the hassle I have.
Company is a SCAM. I ordered a sofa from them and they sent it tracked via ebay. Turns out what was sent was a peice of paper saying thanks for ordering. Sofa never arrived! They took my number for the delivery team and started to contact me outside ebay without permission trying to get me to cancel the order and wanted me to pay in person. I'd already paid! They then spoke about giving me another invoice when I'd already paid it all through Ebay. I have messages from them stating they never posted it but they're refusing to refund me so now I'm having to raise a case with Ebay who thinks it was delivered because the tracking number (that was for the peice of paper) was delivered!! Do not use, they're a scam!!
SCAMMERS, AVOID, NOT LEGIT COMPANY. My daughter bought a sofa on eBay from this company . They stated the courier couldn’t do it so they would as planned, lie . They then said they have to use their own van driver so insisted they would refund payment and she would have to pay cash. She said no as the money wouldn’t be returned by their proposed delivery date and she would mark the item as delivered with the delivery guy . It could wait till the money was returned and then could pay cash.
They then what’s app her and tried convincing her and then cancelled the order but NOT before they sent a letter tracked with Royal Mail. They then stopped the cancellation and refund and it was marked as delivered.
ROYAK MAIL DO NOT DELIVER SOFAS. EBAY ARE NO HELP, MY DAUGHTER IS NEAR SUICIDAL DUE TO THESE SCAMMERS AND THE STRESS, SHE HAS EVERYTHING SCREENSHOT AND EVEN THE ENVELOPE WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER . SHE LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WHICH THEN DISAPPEARED.
LOOKED AT THEIR EBAY AND THEY HAVE “SOLD “OVER FIFTY ITEMS WITH ONLY NINE REVIEWS.
OBVIOUSLY SCAMMED A LOT OF PEOPLE THIS WAY.
