Called in yesterday to the Beverley shop for a ring for myself. Was served by a lady called Leanne. She was so helpful and patient. Never rushed me until I found the ring I wanted. Such a pleasant experience. Luxe is fast becoming my favourite shop!

Shame I still have to give one star!
Shame I still have to give one star!! The staff really don’t deserve it. Elizabeth needs some serious training in customer service and how to speak to customers without being rude and disrespectful.
Not happy that a well thought about company is now somewhere I will definitely not be using again. Huge Rice was originally a brilliant store and somewhere I would send people wanting an A* service.
