NURSES AVOID THIS AGENCY

Absolutely awful experiences if I could give 0 stars I would. My partner worked for this agency for just under 6 months. manager RICHIE works under multiple names and is rude and insulting. Called my partner a stupid plank (we presume he meant pr*ck). Took 20% of pay claiming it was for tax and when we spoke to HMRC he hadn’t paid any tax and instead pocketed the money. Tried to sack my partner when they were taken into hospital for an operation and revealed her private medical information to practices and called her a liar (this was told to her by a practice manager). Overall caused stress and upset as well as financial difficulties and when confronted blocked us both and then decreased her pay without consent
