We are interior design company representing private end user clients and have 4no invoices which were cancelled due to failure in delivery and lack of communication. We have received no proof that Luxdeco placed the orders with their suppliers and were waiting +1 year for an order. We proceeded to cancel the orders and have been waiting for refunds for +4 months on invoices worth +£12,000 total. Luxdeco have been unresponsive and have not processed refunds. We are now in the process of legal proceedings to obtain the refund we are owed and will be notifying the suppliers of such failures of Luxdeco. Do not order with this company.

Just like many other disappointed reviewers here, I made the silly error of placing an order with Lux Deco back in October for an item with a supposed 5 week lead time. 2 months later they were still unable to confirm even an estimated date for the delivery of the item so I asked for a refund, and 3 months later I'm still waiting for my money back. It's not my first time falling for this trap - their website makes them look like a real business but the reality is they haven't fulfilled a single order I've tried to place in 2 years. It's baffling they are still even up and running at this point.

At first I thought they were just incompetent. Now I see that they are in fact highly competent criminals. After taking my money for a product that they couldn't source, muggins here doubled down on my losses giving them even more money for a different product that they also subsequently couldn't supply. When I cancelled the order they repeatedly promised a refund but it still hasn't materialised. Their social media paints a veneer of credibility, but their online reviews tell a different tale. The only positive reviews they have on Google are written by employees (Renaud Besnard, COO, shame on you!)

I orderd two water fall sconce in bronze back Nov they said it will 8 weeks so I agreed. Now they saying we can’t give you a time or date for delivery so I’m just supposed to have my house half completed while they try get me my order.

Do not buy from this company you will never receive your items. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Don’t understand how luxury brands are still working with this company!

Worst retail company I’ve dealt with. I ordered an item on 1 May 2023 with 5-6 week delivery time (still advertised as such on the website). Despite constantly chasing through the rest of 2023, I gave up in early December and asked for a refund. Was palmed off when chasing repayment (just over £1,300) until I informed them I’d raised an enquiry with trading standards. Refund was paid this week.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered furniture with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks to be told there is a delay but no delivery time frame given, I waited a month to be told there is another delay and then another. They take your money, never deliver, and don't change their delivery time frame on their website either to fool you into ordering.

I have placed an order worth 10K in the month of May 2023 with the delivery date of Aug 2023. We started following up with Luxdeco on the delivery schedule but there was no response from them and they later said there was some mismanagement with our order and agreed to pay the refund. We have been chasing since Sep 2023 for our refund but nothing credited as of now. We have called them many times with the same response that their accounts team is processing the payment. Very bad customer service. No response from their management. Worst experience with this company. This company is a fraud and cheater. We will be going to the police to file a complaint against them.

I advise you not to use this company.
I ordered 2 bar stools in October 2023 and paid in full. Since then, I have heard nothing from the company.
I chased them regarding delivery and they promised that the stools would be delivered in time for Christmas.
Here we are In January with no delivery, and no communication whatsoever. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

THEIVES! I have had the same experience of Luxdeco keeping my money after cancellation of my order. I have been waiting 2 months for my refund despite constant chasing via email and phone. Still nothing. Going legal now due to the value of my refund. Very stressful.

Steer clear of this company! They're beyond terrible. After taking my money, they had the audacity to send an email citing delays with no estimated timeline. When I demanded a refund, it became an agonizing two-month ordeal of constant calls with no resolution in sight. This is the second time I've been burned by LuxeDeco; the first time, it took an entire year to get my order. I won't make the mistake of using their services again. I am still waiting for a my refund that's over £2,700 +!! Where is it LuxeDeco????

Now I have been waiting to receive my refund of almost £1200 for two month and keep emailing them on a weekly basis, but nothing has been refunded so far. Never place and order with them

We placed an order on behalf of a client and it was only partially delivered. In September LuxDeco offered a refund for the item that could not be delivered, worth £1800 which we accepted, we still have not received the refund despite numerous confirmations that it's been processed. It's been almost 3 months now of false promises and no refund.
2 months have passed and no money and product. Waiting for 3 weeks now and unable to get refund. Will be reporting this company.
Avoid at all costs, they have product in stock and will hold onto your money

Reading their reviews there is a consistent theme - they do not have stock and they do not refund!!!
To whoever reads this don’t make the mistake I made by not reading the reviews.
I paid for two book ends at the beginning of Sept and only after chasing them did they advise that the item was not in stock and they will issue a refund.
I have written 3 or 4 times and was apologised to nicely about the delays and yet it is Dec and Impact Services.am still waiting for my refund!!!!!
I truly believe that they hope that you will forget about your refund!! This feels like such a con!!
Who doesn't issue a refund straight away?
