I wear prescription lenses, and I've ordered more than 10 pairs from Luonme. (I'm wearing them now!)
I don't get cosplay lenses, but I love that they offer such a huge variety of 'regular' lenses. (Although I have pink, purple, and grey shipping now - but I still don't consider those cosplay, or Halloween lenses.)
They are comfortable. I've fallen asleep in them,and they are still comfortable. If I order big name contacts,I have trouble with calcium deposits forming on them quickly - too quickly for that much money. I have yet to have that happen at all with Luonme. IDK if it's the difference in materials,or solutions, whatever - but they last longer.
They always ship, and arrive quickly, and if I have had to contact support about anything, they have been so kind and helpful.
Lastly - they are always running BOGO specials, making the overall price one that cannot be beaten!

This company customer service is slow to answer and when they finally do answer they offer very little help. Any solutions they offer don't meet basic customer service standards. Buying products from them means your taking a change you may not get anything at all and if you want a replacement it will take another 2 weeks and they will make you repay the shipping costs/

I have bought over 30 pairs from Luonme, ALWAYS pleased. The quality, the customer service, the large variety of colors, options, just impressive.

The colours are really pretty and show up nicely on camera — perfect for makeup looks, reels, or transformation videos
😌 Comfort:
They feel okay for short-time wear (like during a shoot), but I won’t recommend them for long hours. Try them for 1–2 hours first to see if they suit your eyes
📦 Company & Service:
LUONME is a new brand. Their lens range is amazing
💭 Overall:
Good for creators and fashion looks — gives a nice eye colour change in videos.
But not the best option for daily use or full-day comfort.

This is not a TRUSTING COMPANY THEY SENT ME INCORRECT SCRIPT TWICE AND THEN DECIDED TO SEND ME MORE WITH INCORRECT SCRIPT WHEN I NEVER ORDERD ANYTHING FROM THEM WATCH YOUR CC!!!! Make sure you keep it BLOCKED SO THEY CANT JUST TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE IT SND SEND YOU A PAIR LITERALLY ONE PAIR WITH INCORRECT SCRIPT AND CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT/CC BLOCKED!!!!

Edited my original 1 star review because their support team was helpful in getting my issue resolved.

Ordered prescription contacts and they arrived incorrectly labeled. The containers showed -3.25 and -2.75 but they were 0.00 strength. I reached out to the company and they checked with the warehouse team and confirmed there was an error, and offered to send me a new pair and an additional free pair. I pushed for a refund because I couldn’t trust that any contacts they sent would be correct prescription and I needed them for Halloween. After a few emails back and forth, I was granted a refund. Support does take a couple days to respond to each email, but they will assist you if you are patient.

The contacts style is very cool and exactly as pictured. I’d say if you don’t need prescription contacts, order without hesitation. However due to their warehouse error, I can’t fully vouch for the trustworthiness of their packaging at times. Regardless, their support will make it right.

Horrible company to deal with. Sent me the wrong contact lenses and then claimed they were out of the correct contact lenses and refused to refund me for my order even though I NEVER received what I paid for. Customer service rep Amy is horrific to deal with and will do everything in her power to keep you from receiving your rightful refund. They are thieves and should be criminally investigated. I had to open a fraud investigation with my bank to even begin to try to get my money back and even then they are fighting it trying to only give me a 50% refund, even though I never received the correct order. They are crooks.

Order was shipped in a timely manner, and the product and accessories are great. Unfortunately their customer service is non existent - I've emailed several times with a return request, messaged on two social media platforms, and haven't received the courtesy of a response anywhere for three weeks. All positive reviews appear be sponsored.

Indeed , a great experience using the lenses. So beautiful and natural colour contact lens that are very comfortable.
