From the first day I ordered it I was excited and when it came in the mail I was fascinated. It was everything that I hoped for and it was as stunning in pictures as it was in person. It had so much detail and it fit perfectly in context of my body and how it formed around me in the bottom. The timing was perfect and Nancy was so helpful in accommodation my feel size and my other body features. Thank you so much Lunss and I will be coming back.

My designer was Tansy and she did beyond amazing on my dress. I was worried in the beginning because I ordered my dress last minute but it came just in time and just as it looked in the photos they sent me. I would 100% recommend this company!!!

My dress was beautiful and arrived on time! The custom dress was 80% true to the progin picture. Highly suggest ordering from this site for prom!

I had an amazing experience with Lunss. After not finding exactly what I was looking for, I reached out to Lunss to make one of their online designs but also requested extensive changes to the dress, the design team added sleeves, changed the skirt shape and dress material. They pretty much made a completely custom dress for me.

The communication was timely and detailed, including many pictures of other dresses until we were aligned with what would be made. I got photos of the completed dress before shipping. The workmanship and material was high quality, fine tule and organza. If you know exactly what wedding dress you want, I highly recommend getting it online at Lunss. My dress would have cost thousands from a physical store.

The dress my daughter and I requested to be made turned out perfectly! We were so happy with the result. The fabric was of great quality and the details were phenomenal. I was in contact with Lunss during the entire process. Communication was great. Once the dressed was completed the shipping was fast. We received the dress and it fit my daughter perfectly! My daughter wanted a customized dress for her prom. She found several dresses on Lunss website.

She found one she liked but wanted a open back and feathers added to the sleeves.

Nancy who was the designer took care of all of her wants and was extremely professional and answered all questions timely.

Lunss is amazing! I have bought two prom dresses from them, custom made, after sending in pictures of what I wanted. They recreated the dress exactly like the picture but with my measurements! You will not be disappointed.

Lunss created my dream prom dress! I received exactly what color, texture, length, and size I wanted! There was no imperfections whatsoever! I received my dress the day of the predicted time, and there were no problems! When I have another event that requires a dress, I will definitely be ordering from lunss again!

This dress was amazing it was constructed in a timely manner as well as the service was unbelievable the dress came and fit perfectly.

The dress that I design was not what I wanted. I wrote everything to them the fabric the should use and I send them three pictures from all sides of dress. I rushed my order and they made very fast according to the mentioned time.
When I saw the pictures of the dress I thought that the fabric looks not like the one I wanted but because the picture was dark I wasn’t sure. I didn’t want to accuse them wrong so I let them ship it. Then when it came I was so disappointed the split is not made properly and the dress should flow down to the floor and they have cut so straight and short that me feet is showing. Even the bra caps are to low and too close together. I am so sad and I paid a lot of money. This dress should have been my prom dress. This dress was too big divergent to my measurements. So be careful.

Lunss is a fantastic company. At first, I was skeptical, but they helped me create my dream dress step by step. The fabric they used was beyond words and it was noticeable that they put a lot of work into making it. They even rushed my shipping so I could get it on time even when I did not pay for rush shipping. I highly recommend this site.

Like a lot here I ordered a dress first week of March paid for rush which is a joke because it didn’t speed up production as they claimed it would,,, asked numerous times and was told it would arrive well before prom 5/10....I waited until 4/24 to get pushy about answers regarding dress... I received pics on 4/28 I believe to confirm so it could be shipped. I looked at pics and was instantly disappointed the dress looked like a cheaply made version of original dress... order was canceled and I lost over half my money which doesn’t bother me as much as them promoting rush orders for extra money and having pictures of dresses for “ inspiration” that they clearly can’t produce!! Had to rush and buy another dress on Sunday because prom is a week away and they waited to the last minute to send pics of an ugly dress.... I cringe to think if the dress was nice and had been shipped would I even received on time!!!! I also think it’s interesting how they have 5 stars in almost every review on their website very misleading

Though it took forever for the dress to arrive (though that was my fault), it arrived in time for my prom! This dress was AMAZING. I absolutely loved everything about it!
My advice to anyone is to send in your sizes about four months in advance. I started my custom thing in August of 2018 and didn't send my measurements in till the middle of February 2019 and it showed up April 23rd... And my prom was yesterday (April 27th). SO... That was totally on me.

Anyways, my designer (Tansy) was AMAZING. She answered everything in a timely manner and was just a huge help throughout the entire process!
