We ordered SMALL but received XL

We ordered SMALL. My girlfriend has measurements of 35 chest, 25 hips and 35 glutes. She weights 115 pounds and 5 foot 2. We used the sizing chart perfectly.

The clothing is EXTREMELY large. It is either Large or XL. The clothing has no tag so no way to verify if the right size was sent, even though the bags are labeled small.

We ordered SMALL but received L or XL

The company does not acknowledge it, says right one was sent, does not want to refund or exchange.
