Booked for waxing prior to a holiday. Cancelled due to staff illness and then rebooked for the next day - therapist didn’t pull skin taught and now have horrific bruising on the backs of my legs, just before a holiday on the beach! Also, waxing not thorough and will have to use depilatory cream in a few days once the swelling and busing subsides. Won’t be revisiting. All for £63!

Ordered 2 items from their shop, same product.
Instead I received 2 gift cards totalling to the price of the items.
You cannot order the value on their site in gift cards at all! They made them specially.
Have emailed but no response. It's clear as day that they ran out of stock and instead of refunding the money, they decided to send the gift cards so that they can keep it.
I never seen this before in my life and I've order from various sites hundreds of times over. Will be sending this to Consumer Ombudsman and every other channel so they cannot do this to anyone else.
The joke is that I can't even use the cards on the site to buy something else! They're just for the spa which at the time of writing this, the country is in lockdown.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!

I was mis-sold a hairdressing course and have found it impossible to claim my refund of £100. The salon in question was relocating some distance away and I was not informed of this when I purchased it. My emails are ignored and there is no phone number. You have a faint chance of a response only if you threaten-and pursue legal action.

Do not order from this company!! I have been waitining 8 days for my order to arrive and still do not have it. I have messaged them but had no response from them. I will not be using this company again!!

I placed an order for over £100 and have not received any communication other than my order was accepted. It's been almost two weeks and my products have not arrived. I contacted Luminis by email - three days later I have had no response. They do not have a phone number so I called a salon who passed my number onto head office. I still have not heard from anyone.
