Rip iff merchants
I ordered a book which cost just over £60 and the description said it came with an included PDF version but I didn't receive the download links. I tried contacting them but the ticket was instantly automatically closed with no help at all. Seem to be rip off merchants.

Books listed in the Lulu Bookstore are listed by the authors or publishers of those books. Lulu provides the platform and print-on-demand services, but the book descriptions and additional offerings referenced by the author or publisher are their responsibility.
In this case, the PDF download referenced in the book description is offered by the author through their own website and is not a digital download provided through Lulu.com. Unfortunately, Lulu.com does not currently have the capability to offer a bundled print book purchase that includes a corresponding digital download.
I can also see that you currently have a ticket open with one of our Support associates regarding this matter. A member of our Support team will follow up with you through that ticket with additional information on how to reach the appropriate party regarding the digital download.

I am very disappointed with my recent…
I am very disappointed with my recent Lulu online delivery service.
There were several problems with my order:
1. The delivery time was shown as 10:30 PM, but my order was delivered only after 11:00 PM.
2. Two items were missing from my order. The delivery person told me that the amount would be refunded within 7 days, but I still have not received the refund.
3. I ordered kiwi fruit, but the fruits were completely unripe and not ready to eat. I have been unable to eat them even after two days.
4. I contacted Lulu customer care and also tried the online chat, but I have not received any proper response. It seems the customer service is always busy.
This is very disappointing, especially from a well-known company like Lulu. I request you to please investigate my order, process the pending refund immediately, and provide compensation or a suitable resolution for the poor-quality fruit and delayed delivery.
Please take this complaint seriously and provide me with a proper response as soon as possible.
