Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful when placing our order with Luggage Pros. Matthew went above and beyond helping us. He called to tell us the wallet we were ordering had two different features, he wanted to make sure we were ordering the right wallet with the feature we wanted. I ordered a suitcase about a week ago. Four days later, after they had handed over to FedEx, it appears that FedEx had lost the bag.
I told a person named Jodi at customer service that we were traveling several days later and would need the bag before then. Jodi immediately traced the original order for return to LuggagePros, then expedited a new bag out to me. I received it today 3 days before departure.
Just a superb experience all around.

Our order was received lightning fast. We had a problem opening the luggage when we received it. We called customer service, and within 2 minutes we had the problem solved.

$15 restocking fee for returns....I guess the 100% return guarantee only goes so far. Will not order anything again from this outfit, will stick to Amazon or others that offer free returns on merch that must be seen to completely decide on a purchase.
Disclosed, however missed it when I ordered and returned. Very dissatisfied after talking with them.

$15 return fee for new items is completely unreasonable today. The ordered item didn’t meet my expectations so now I have to pay a fee that isn’t charged anywhere else for new items with tags? Stay away from buying a small item here because they charge $15 to return anything.

Luggage Pros is an exceptional online store. They have legitimately some of the best prices on high end luggage. I chose two Eagle Creek bags to replace some well worn LL Bean duffels as our primary travel bags. The order included one bag that was out of stock but they quickly contacted me to offer me a substitute. I was very happy with how customers are number one with this company. I will continue to shop here and encourage my friends/family to do the same.

This company is absolutely the gold standard for customer service. I ordered a piece that was a discontinued item, I loved the color and when they had it available I was ecstatic. Unfortunately; it was actually sold out due to an inventory issue. Customer Service was on top of it, emailed me within an hour of purchase and offered any color in the same style for the same price that I paid for the discounted item! While I did really want the item I had purchased, it was evident that I had simply discovered I loved it too late and it was no where to be located. I did choose another color and it arrived direct from the manufacturer quickly. We have a trip coming up in the Fall and I will 100% be purchasing the pieces I need from Luggage Pros. I am sold and loyal to businesses that provide stellar customer service and this company far surpassed expectations. Thanks!

Luggage Pro has a great selection at reasonable prices. But most of all, I have been impressed with the remarkable customer service! I got a personal phone call within 48 hrs with an answer to my questions. Plus a response by email.
I will be shopping for more luggage in the near future (probably this fall) and LP is now my "go-to". Thankyouthankyouthankyou!! Barbara

I was not entirely convinced on purchasing via LuggagePros versus direct with brand but their ratings convinced me otherwise. I have to say LuggagPros deserve that high rating. I had interactions with customer service after purchase on shipping logistics and delivery and it was the most prompt and professional experience I have encountered with any company In addition to proactive follow up by them through complete satisfaction on purchase to delivery. Highly recommend based on my experience.

Wow! I am impressed!! I honestly thought the price was too good to be true. I got a suitcase for a much better price on luggagepros compared to other sites. My package came in within 5 days of ordering. 10/10 Would recommend for those who need a quality suitcase for the right price!

Found a piece of luggage at 20% LESS than other sites. Was apprehensive about buying it, since if "its too good to be true"....
However, got it as expected, on time.
