The brand does not honor its word in terms of warranty. They will come up with the excuse that one of the brands they sell no longer operates in Australia. Instead of replacing the faulty product, they will offer you a 10% discount. Go to another shop, but not Luggage Direct.

Great discounts and service!
Felt nervous buying expensive luggage online but Luggage Direct were fantastic. Firstly got 50% off a gorgeous Antler luggage set and quick free delivery. Luggage arrived in perfect condition and they accept Afterpay as well. Only one purchase so far but highly recommend based on that.
