I bought an iPhone 17 pro wallet at the end of last year for my wife. We have bought from Lucrin before and been very satisfied. This time my wife bought an orange iPhone and a wallet to match. Unfortunately the wallet showed the dirt and I contacted Lucrin to ask about cleaning. They said that the wallet probably couldn’t be cleaned and offered to replace it. I think that that was very generous given that the wallet had only had normal wear. They suggested a darker colour and ‘pebbled’ finish which would not show dirt so much. Special thanks to their representative Joyce who handled our case. Very happy with Lucrin.

Having ordered two iPhone cases last year I felt that, after some use, they were not wearing well. I’d ordered smooth leather and it marks quite badly.
Also, the charging port aperture was ok for an Apple cable but slightly too small for premium connectors such as Anker.
I told LUCRIN and they could not have been more helpful. New, replacement cases with a modified hole for charging cables have arrived in a beautiful grain leather.
Customer support was brilliant.
Sometimes it’s not what is wrong that matters - it’s how that thing is put right.
The cases are very well made and feel wonderful in the hand.
