I bought a leather wallet case in July…
I bought a leather wallet case in July 2020. It has started to fall apart - the silicon phone holder is connected to the leather in a very thin area and it breaks away. First problem is that there are no contact details on the website - other than a company address - so nowhere to raise warranty issues. I managed to get a response by pretending I was interested in a purchase for my company.
Lucrins response to my problem with the case was that this was “something that quite frequently happens” - their solution was that I glue it back together. After several email exchanges where I expressed my disappointment at their approach to warranty they finally agreed to provide a replacement.

Very nice monogrammed iPhone 11 Pro case
Average delivery time, very nice product. I got a navy leather monogrammed iPhone case. It is light weight and monogram is nice. Delivery time was average. Case came in a nice fabric bag. Item is pricey, but was a splurge.

*I submitted a one star review on their website and it says ‘submitted for moderation’ lol no wonder all the reviews on their website is 5 star despite their horrible everything. Probably fake tbh
Took a longg time to arrive, no update emails in between. Quality feels super cheap It feels about 1/10 of the price I payed for this thing. And the customisation was wrong! I chose small engraving and they gave me large, has been 11 days since I contacted their customer support and they only replied once to ask for pictures, I sent them all the evidence and requested an exchange or a refund and never heard from them again. Horrendous company, never ever again!!!
