Aggressive to women and children Absolutely awful experience with this…

Absolutely awful experience with this company backed into my parked car and attempted to drive off got out the car in a very aggressive and unapologetic mannor told me to shut the F up in front of my children. Very aggressive angry little man I would not trust him in my home or as a subcontractor as the way he treats women and children is disgraceful he has been reported to united living see other reviews from residents to see how bad the situation was

Top Marks. No notes.

When Couriers Please lost the item I had ordered from Luco (a tv unit), Luco provided incredible service. One of the partners, William, personally dropped around a replacement for me on a Sunday afternoon. I was quite staggered by this, and after the runaround I had gotten from the courier company, and facing having to fill in forms for a claim etc etc, to have a company just say 'don't worry about any of that, if you're home in an hour, I'll bring you one direct' was quite incredible.
They are a national company, so I was lucky they are based in the same city as me so they could do this, but to take customer service to this level shows how committed they are to their clientele and their making their business succeed.
I reached out to them when I initial was having problems with the courier company and receiving very little in the way of information or communication. Luco's communication was immediate. They also followed up with Courier's Please, causing them to up their game (if only to make them admit they had lost it a bit quicker.)
The unit I ordered was not an expensive unit by any means (about $200 incl delivery) so the fact they would go to this trouble for a cheaper item is impressive.
