The whole experience was so easy- and it helped us pick a place we wouldn’t have gone to! The only thing was I couldn’t see the trip on my app for a while, but customer service was so lovely and sorted it for me :) the travel advisor I had (Lucy) was also amazing and reassured me all the way! Easiest journey! Only thing to be aware of is we had to pay city tax when we got there which we didn’t realise we had to do but it was minimal - I would definitely use LuckyTrip again

I’ve used lucky trip I think 5 or 6 times now and not looked back. Im always guaranteed great prices and they just make the whole journey so easy, even checking you in and sending your boarding passes over ahead of your flight. Only got good things to say about LuckyTrip

We won a holiday voucher for Lucky Trip through Daymade. I was feeling a little suspicious as I had never heard of the company before, but everything was as it should have been! No problems at all, holiday was booked and sorted through the Lucky Trip app. We had no problems at all apart from finding it was a bit more expensive than other providers, but we had won a voucher so it was not too much of a problem to spend a little more. I would definitely use this company again for any future trips as it was very simple and easy to book a trip.

I’ve booked 3 trips on LuckyTrip so far and the process is seamless. I love the fact you select all your options and they give you ideas so it takes away some of the decision process. The fact they check you in and send boarding passes is a god send also. Every time I had a question it was answered quickly.
The user interface is also excellent allowing you to change hotels and flights easily to fit your needs and schedule. I cannot recommend enough!

LuckyTrip made it so easy to plan a getaway. We discovered a hidden gem that we'd never heard of, but absolutely fell in love with! The company sorted our baggage, flights, check-in, hotel and airport parking for a clear price (no hidden fees). I'm confident they could have helped with transfers and excursions too if we'd needed it. Thankyou Luckytrip, you gave us memories we wouldnt have made if it wasn't for your company.

Lucy was very quick with communication and very helpful. I found my travel agent made the whole journey really easy to follow and if I had an questions they got back to me very quickly. I felt assured that my trip was safe in their hands.

Takes all the stress out of thinking where to go and finding flights. Have used LT for three short trips now and each one has gone very well with excellent accommodation. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using again.

Really simple and expansive tool!
It is far to easy (& lazy) to keep going back to the same places year after year, but it is a hassle doing the research to find a new place to explore. LuckyTrip is great for taking the blockers away. It works really well if you don't care where you go, but also if you want to be in a specific country. Plenty of useful filters to make the suggestions the perfect fit.
Sure, you could probably cut out the middle man and do this yourself, but why would you. Life is too short to research all of the details. Let LuckyTrip do it and enjoy a bit of the unknown.

Very simple way to book a holiday, I was feeling impulsive and knew I wanted a holiday but no idea where to go! simple lucky dip search on the app and off to Portugal I went! Easy process just had to get myself to the airport

We took a while to choose our holiday having made a deposit to our wallet via a voucher a couple of years ago. Due to a couple of issues we couldnt book until this year. Our money stayed safe in the hands of Lucky Trip. The team helped me through different planning stages and changes of departure airports. After we finally booked a holiday, the flight company had some problem which the team at Lucky helped me sort out. The vacation was superb and we would throughly recommend Lucky Trip and their team for anyones next holiday booking. Thank you Lucky Trip .

Great experience, love using the app to see what comes up. Tried a new destination and it was amazing, wouldn't have thought of going there without the app. Also they contacted me straight away and helped with checking in on flights and late arrival at the hotel. Great app and great service.

I was fortunate enough to have won a platinum prize with DayMade. I chose to go to Corfu with my wife and we had an amazing experience. Our booking agent Lucy was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, keeping me informed of what was required and organising everything from booking flights, the resort and boat trip…she was just amazing. Had a great trip. I was a bit nervous for my trip and it was my first solo trip but LuckyTrip made it easy, no complaints, flights and hostel was booked and no problems at all. Would recommend and will be booking through LuckyTrip again.

Absolutely adore LuckyTrip! One of my colleagues recommended it to me and I have loved and raved about it ever since. Myself and boyfriend just went on our first trip with them and honestly the experience was perfect from beginning to end. The app itself is very easy to use/ find your way around and there is a great variation of destination options. It is able to specialise your holiday to your exact liking and find extremely affordable deals for you. It also suggested places that had never really been on my radar before and allowed me to travel to somewhere I wouldn’t have necessarily considered for a holiday prior to using Luckytrip. Something that also really surprised and impressed me was the customer service from the Travel Advisor you are allocated. I was expecting an automated system that doesn't ever really answer your question or gets back to you in 5-7 working days. However, the customer service was phenomenal! Extremely quick communication and real answers that were actually helpful. They even anticipated certain aspects of travel or time frames that would mean staying somewhere the night, before I’d even brought it up and would very easily send you an invoice after organising the logistics themselves. Very polite, detailed and helpful exchanges which just took away so much potential stress. The whole premise of this app eliminates the back and forth, finicky and arduous process of trying to coordinate everything all at once! It sorts your accommodation, travel, location, flights, events/excursions. It’s brilliant. Highly, highly recommend and I will be using for all my future holidays from now on. This is one actually very good use of AI.
