I have been a loyal customer at Luckymax for over 2 years. I was always satisfied and had multiple payouts without any issues. However, a few days ago I won some money and requested a €600 withdrawal. This was canceled and I was asked to provide ID and payment verification. I did this and submitted a new cashout request, and after 1 day the money was in my account.

The day before yesterday I submitted another cashout request of €1,900, and this was canceled again with another verification request, which I find strange. I did the same verification again and am now waiting for my payout.

If this goes through, I will continue playing here because I never had these kinds of problems before and I was always happy with their service. I will let you know whether I receive my payout this time and will then update my review and stars accordingly. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

Update: I received my money. Its still legit.
